This is a convenient place to stay for a short visit; either in town to visit family/friends or stopover on a trip. The breakfast in the morning is good. The staff at this location is fantastic; everyone is super pleasant and helpful.

Parked over night and even with the hotel and caught 2 guys attempting to steal my truck. Spoke to the front desk and they were very aware of this problem through out Montreal but do not have a security guard monitoring the parking lots to help ensure guests vehicle are safe. This was my first time staying at this hotel in Montreal and I definitely will not be back!!

As I explained in a previous review which you submitted concerning this incident - we are working with the authorities daily in attempt to avoid these types of problems. The parking lot is under video surveillance and we do have security present at the hotel. Unfortunately, this does not promise that issues will not arises. I do apologize for your negative outlook on the hotel and hope that you will give us another chance in the future!

All good except the repaired locking mechanism on the sliding door to the outside of my room (on the first floor) seemed homemade and would have been easy to break into without having to break the glass. I could open thos same door a crack before the lock stopped the door from opening further (letting in cold air).

Great job!
Our stay at the Comfort Inn was impeccable with fantastic customer service. We got the run around from a different hotel which had cancelled our room without notifying us. I booked a room last minute at the Comfort Inn and they allowed us to check in 6 hours early without hesitation, due to our situation. The complimentary breakfast was also above our expectations. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

A little disappointed that when I reserved my room on line, I reserved a ground floor room when checking in I was told that all the ground floor rooms were sold out but no apology when I checked in. Would of been nice to acknowledge the discrepancy and offer something.
