I am looking into adding more to the breakfast and balancing costs to keep your room rates lower than our competitors.

Not sure if you have the right place, but to say outdated when this place has all tile, marble, granite and new Hilton furniture in all the rooms I am very confused. Please let me know what you thought was outdated here.Thanks,MGMT

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it. I apologize for the pillow issue. We are working very hard on improvements to the hotel. We just bought it almost a year ago and have done a ton of upgrades so far and are still working on more items, pillows being one of them. Thank you, MGMT

Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate it. As far as upgrades, what exactly are you referring to? We just put in all new furniture a year ago which is state of the art and Hilton furniture and the rest of the motel has brand new furniture, including all new granite countertops, tile flooring, and granite breakfast tables and chairs.

Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate it. As to the mold I apologize, we just bought the place and found out there are multiple leaks in the roof and are in the process of having it repaired. Some of the rooms had leaks we weren't aware of coming down the walls when it rained.

Can you please let me know your name and what room you stayed in? None of this makes any sense as our beds are all in very good shape and we offer a very large variety breakfast. Wondering if you reviewed the wrong property.

I'm so sorry to hear that, especially since we are a completely nonsmoking facility. I would've thought our housekeepers would have caught that and let us know. Again very sorry for that, I would be happy to comp a room for you for a night any time in the future. Just call in and ask for Chad.

I apologize for your bad experience, we are in the process of changing our internet provider and increasing our speeds. We are also in the process of putting slip mats in all the bathtubs. We just purchased this hotel 8 months ago and are working on doing a lot of improvements.Thanks,MGMT

If you book through a 3rd party how do you expect us to give you a discount? Also no the hotel never had hashbrowns or biscuits and gravy ever in it's history, so not sure where you came up with that. Sounds like you gave a review on the wrong place. Also if you look at our reviews we get nothing but great reviews on our cleanliness. YOU MUST BE REVIEWING THE WRONG PROPERTY. None of our rooms are like you're saying. And we are not a 5 star hotel where you get a full restaurant breakfast. We offer a larger variety than most motels at our price point. None of what you are saying makes sense.
