"I left a bag with several Apple chargers, contact lenses, and some minor items, I contacted the front desk about 3 hours after checkout when I realized my mistake. The front desk person said she’d follow up with the GM and Head of Housekeeping and I would be contacted. I waited a day and called back, I was transferred to the Head of Housekeeping and left a voicemail. It has been over 24 hours and still no response from the company. The indoor pool is in the middle of the hotel rooms so expect a lot of noise until the pool closes, The restaurant/breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and accommodating. A breakfast buffet was the only option for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Hotel was old and not aging well. Breakfast was not good and not worth the “free” amenity. New policy of hotel is to make a copy of your ID at check-in!!! Sketchy at best! Back doors that should be entered by room key only, were opened 24/7. Parking lot has a few VERY deep pot holes. Luckily I had a rental car."
