We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel for a family vacation in Montevideo in February. Our family LOVED it! Our room was clean, lobby was well maintained and very clean and relaxing. Staff was polite and nice. The pool was small, but that did not stop us from enjoying it. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choices for everyone. There was even a gluten free table. But what really hit the spot were the chefs/cooks (Rodrigo and Moises) who made a special meal for my son, who has food allergies to milk, egg, nuts, and shellfish. They discussed the allergies and cross contamination issues with us and made him a special steak with fries. My son devoured it and said it was not just safe, it was yummy! They also went the extra mile to check the cereal packages for the ingredient list. We could not be more pleased. They went above and beyond! And that meant a lot to my family. To be able to have the comforts of home (we traveled from NY), and also eat safely. Highly recommended!
