"On arrival with 2 couples in 2 sports cars for a 1 night stay whilst touring Italy we felt the place on first impressions was very dated and in need of investment. Rooms in particular are dated although some recent items upgraded but were clean. However once we were settled in the staff who seemed mainly family were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t be nicer. A minor issue with a toilet flush was immediately repaired.
