"Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app."

"The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva. The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! The staff were amazing, so helpful with standing taxis or just being there for any questions you had, if you’re looking at staying in kotor or surrounding areas then please check them out "

"Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Vor dem Haus gab es kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Restaurants und das Ortszentrum sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zu den Ausgangspunkten für Wanderungen im Nationalpark ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt und nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung kann man in der Sauna entspannen. Aber am besten ist das Frühstück. Einige Angebote wechseln täglich. Egal ob warm oder kalt, süß oder kräftig, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen."

"Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there. But requested parking space in the hotel owned garage was available, check in was fast and friendly, rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Quality of mattress very good. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. The hotel restaurant has a adequate menu, quality 1a! Definitely worth coming back! "

"Unterkunftbetreiber arbeitet angeblich seit drei Jahren nicht mehr mit Xpedia. Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer welches wir gebucht haben belegt ist. Der Nette Betreiber fand für uns ein kleines Apartment bis der Fall geklärt ist. In dem Apartment riecht es sehr streng nach Kanalisation, auf dem Foto ist ein totalfreistehendes gebäude, in Wirklichkeit ist alles sehr eng bebaut und um die Unterkunft Baustellen. "The Villa was just as described, clean and with a lovely little balcony with stunning views over Sveti, just as in the pictures. The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. "Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed.
