"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"The property needs more attention to cleanliness. The elevator floors were dirty and for some reason there were huge flies in the hallway for 2 or more days.The window treatment in room 4204 is missing. This impacted efforts to get proper rest once it was daylight. The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Always offering assistance and ensuring we were taken care of."

"An amazing extended family vacation to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The staff, Rennis, Michelle and Sonia provided the best care for our whole family, including 5 children.
