Honestly I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this place was pretty clean, the TV worked well, and the staff was very friendly! They didn't even give me much fuss when I was locked out of the room as well! The bed was pretty comfortable as well! So overall I was pleasantly surprised with my experience and would definitely come back! Go Blue!!

Non smoking property where both rooms were were given smelled like cigarettes. First room was really strong cigarette smell and second room had trash lined up in front of it and also smelled of cigarettes. They have a 15 minute policy if you're not satisfied they would refund. Staff member Amanda on that day said I would get refunded and to call next day to confirm with her manager Tina. Called to confirm the next day and the manager told me everything about the rooms I started were lies and didn't refund my purchase. Called Expedia to try canceling it through them and said it had to be approved by Tina. So at a place I didn't get to stay, sure to rooms smelling of smoke in advertised non smoking rooms, I lost my money due to horrible management and horrible travel Lodge experience.

Got the jacuzzi room and it didn't work you filled it up and found out you were swimming with about nine cockroaches the room was infested with cockroaches it was disgusting

Upon walking into our room, we found blood in the bathroom, a used marijuana container, a large stain on the comforter and the lights on, as though someone had just stayed in the room but it hadn’t been cleaned. Upon receiving our replacement room, we again found it dirty, a comforter with cigarette holes (4) and a door latch that seemed insecure. State police were attending to guests having an altercation. We felt unsafe, it was dirty and do not recommend. Not suitable for families whatsoever.

The bed had cigarette burns the sheets corners keep coming off and the mattress was lumpy. The jetted tub I up paid for had a thick layer of soap scum and cigarette burns. I didn't get in it. There were cigarette ashes and tobacco shreds in toilet that never completely flushed. It was suppose to be a non smoking room? There were leaves on carpet and smelled like it had been closed up awhile. I slept in clothes and sox. When we complained in the morning they said oh sorry we will put you up on the 20 percent off board for your next stay. Travelodge or Wyndham would not want to be represented this way. NEVER again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When I pulled up too my room. There were obviously ppl living there. There were about 5 men setting @ a pinic table outside my room. Little scarey being a women by herself with my service dog. There was bug poop along the counter by the bathroom sink. The doors were so dirty you didn't want to touch them, even to close them. If i hadn't already unloaded my car I would have drove back too the office & asked for another room. I was woke up @ 1:30 pm from bed bugs biting me. I got out of bed & turned on the light looked @ the bed & there was one crawling on my pillow, so i pulled back the sheets on the bed only too find on the mattress cover corner bed bug blood spots from nesting there & more bugs in the bed. I threw my clothes i had on in a plastic bag & tied it shut & put it in the trunk & 🙏 none had got in my luggage, hair or i carried any on me out the door. Drove too the office & told the man @ the desk my room had bed bugs & I was leaving, here is my room key. Well it's been a few week's since & no bed bug's. Thank God! Can't believe Expedia would have anything to do with this place!

Horrible place with even worse customer service
My room was infested with fleas. I was moved to a different room which was also infested with fleas. They would not refund my money. They charged me an extra $15.00 per day for a pet fee. I spent over $100 alone on flea medication and supplies. Room spray, shampoo, flea combs etc. I would not stay there again if it were free.

I'm sorry you did enjoy your stay. Front desk staff is not allowed to do refunds, had you called and spoke with me I would of looked into it. We take these complaints serious and we are looking in to it.

Room was not clean, jetted tub didn't work properly, burn holes in bed, outside door didn't close all the way, toilet bowl lid was broken, handles in shower were broken, no remote to TV, would not provide WiFi password, people next to us were very loud , this was supposed to be a getaway trip for me and my fiance and I was very disappointed. I spent all this money to enjoy ourselves and we definitely did not. I would like a refund

We got to the hotel and had doubts immediately. It seems as though people are using it to live in. The room smelled like mildew. The windows on a first floor room do not lock as they were installed wrong. Bathtub fixture not connected and tub still wet inside. Felt as though we were not safe and our belongings/vehicle may not be either.This hotel does not look as ot was represented on Expedia at all. It is no where near as nice as the picture shows. The best part of the whole place was the nice lady at the front desk that replied with, i know the room/hotel isnt what people are expecting, once i came right back with the room keys to address the issues. Unfortunately, i was told that management doesn't give refunds, after she tried dealing with whoever her manager is on the phone. Apparently i was not the only one either. Another lady was in there after looking at their 3rd room. Finding windows busted out and broken amenities in their prior rooms. Just about as ghetto as it gets. We decided to just leave and find somewhere else to stay. If it were possible to leave negative stars, it would be as negative as possible. Needs demolished.

If your wanting just a place to lay your head for a night or 2 but not break the bank this is the place wifi never seems to work not sure why they even list it as an amenity and calling the front desk doesnt get ya anywhere they either say there is nothing they can do about it or they give you a number to call and they never can seem to fix it either other than that staff is nice and helpful with anything else

Cheap and got my moneys worth.
Stayed from Tuesday night through Saturday night and never saw maid service or new towels. Room was old and in disrepair. Door frame/seal was so off that I could see light from outside. Microwave was old and broken. No rack ,closet or wardrobe of any kind to hang any clothes. No drain plug for bathroom sink. TV, shower and deadbolt did work which was only reason I stayed.

It's a motel
The only picture that is accurate is the front lobby. Our room was on the end of one of the buildings complete with bullet holes in window allowing water moths to make their way in. It barely locked and you could see light around the entire door and any shadow that walked past or stood by the door. The a/c unit was duct taped around but that did not block the water moths from coming in. The bed was held up by plywood, sunk in the middle, and covered in dog hair. The headboard was hanging from the wall. The jet tub did not work and both bath tubs had dead bugs in them. A person was parked in front of our room for over an hour "sleeping" or in a drug induced coma - unsure. Ultimately we just felt dirty and unsafe. There was a pool advertised but I think that was actually located at the Days Inn next door which is also owned by Wyndham. After a few hours of trying to make it work we ended up booking the last room at the Hampton Inn next door. The ladies working the front desk are great though. Very polite and thorough. I don't think this is anyone's fault at the front desk but this property is just not kept up with. Needs a lot of updates, cleaning, and general maintenance.

Staff was really helpful, was able to go back for something we forgot. Room was easy to access in what seemed like a safe area. We got a hot tub in our room, there was no drain cover but a washcloth worked. The AC was pretty weak, thankfully it wasn’t too hot. Sheets didn’t really fit, which was annoying, bed was comfy. We didn’t expect much, got what we paid for and it wasn’t terrible.

Ok I understand that for $50 a night i shouldn’t expect much but come on. Dirty towels, cigarette burned bed sheets, disgusting smells, and the toilet had HOT water…? How the hell does that happen? I had a jump scare when I went to wipe my ass and felt the heat coming up from water, it was steaming! Get a plumber to fix whatever’s going on over there cuz that’s so unsafe. Found someone else’s underwear in the bed when I woke up in the morning because they did not change the sheets. I checked out immediately at 4 a.m. and told the front desk because I could not sleep anymore. They would not refund my money because I used the room. Horrible stay.

Booked a room online with Expedia: Apon arrival our room had no toilet paper and our tv remote did not work, went to the office and second and then third remote didnt work. Never did have a working remote. Said they didn't have new batteries..Advertised as having a jetted tub but was told at check in the jets were broke. Advertised as having a pool but was told the pool was at the motel next door. Advertised as have breakfast but was told later that there was no breakfast only coffee. Room was stinky, dirty, unkept and out dated. The bed had only a paper thin spred on it and no blanket was provided! The window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever! The floor in and around the old jetted tub felt like it was sinking and had bad flooring. Most of the motel looked like people were living there and hanging out by their doorways and in the parking lot. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This place is horrible. They put us in a room with a broken toilet and jetted tub. First day they refused to get someone to fix the toilet and tub. At 5 am the next day they still wouldn't get anyone to fix it and would not give us a new room. Finally at 7 am someone tried to fix things but nothing worked. They still refused to give me a new room or a refund. Finally after me having to argue with them they gave us a new room. They refused to refund the first night and they refused to give me a refund for the new room which was not a jetted tub I paid for. How do u think it's ok to have people stay in a room with a broken toilet. We had nothing to use for a day and a half and they said it's not their fault. Well who's fault is it??? They place also stinks and is dirty. I wish I knew who to talk to to get my money back!!!! manager said I'll see what I can do this isn't our fault. But yet had me in a room with a broken toilet.

I want to be fair. This property is 1/2 the cost of the neighbouring ones so keep that in mind. The check in was pleasant staff was nice etc. There seems to be a number of full time residents? While I didn't feel unsafe, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The room and beds smelled of smoke. I think what's going on is that the residents smoke, not in the rooms, but in the doorway. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticeable. These are small concrete wall rooms Shower was old and while it worked, it didn't drain well. I'm not too fussy, and I chalk this up to "you get what you pay for" there's plenty of other options in the area at 2x the price.
