"I came down to west Monroe to visit the schools and visit some friends, and I was more than pleased with the place. For starters the host was a 5 star host, very friendly, amazing communication, and very responsive. The place I had booked with Vrbo was doubled booked and the host was very quick to sort the situation out, he went above and beyond and gave me an upgraded place. "Room had a stale odor, clean air filter that helped, there are some plumbing problems. But most disturbing, I had to park in the street, because one person had two vehicles, that never move for 5 days I was there."

"We did not have a great experience. The VRBO listed was double booked and we were moved to a different apartment in the complex. The apartment smelt like smoke and pee. There were dirty wet towels in the closet and only half a role of toilet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable. As women staying at this location we felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt."

"An exceptional clean and comfortable place to stay that is pet friendly. My wife won’t stay if cleanliness is in question, and she thought it looked and smelled great.The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, had a back yard for the pets, easy parking right next to house, just an overall warm feeling place. My wife and I travel between our two homes, one in Oklahoma and the other one on the coast of Florida/Alabama. This is about halfway and lets us get a good nights sleep when traveling...

"Charming old house near ULM. The house is fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathroom and bedroom doors are not lockable due to old age. Overall, the house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but it needs more electrical outlets for phone charging as some rooms have no electrical outlet or only one outlet. I would stay again if I need to come to ULM."
