"Stayed for 1 night due to a layover and it served its purpose. The room was clean, the bathroom seem to need an update. Some of the staff disnt seem to want to help as they were dismissive to my questions but figured it was a language barrier."

"The hotel is adjoined Moko Shopping Mall and Mongkok East MTR linked to the mall within a few minutes walk. I did not try any of the restaurants in the hotel during my stay. There are many choices for food within the mall and many restaurants along the streets nearby outside of Moko."

"Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :) "

The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that. "

"Thank you to the front desk manager who really showed care and assisted us on our early morning check-in as our flight arrived really late. Superb customer service. The manage even emailed me that an item we forgot in the room. This is something I can tell we were really impressed. All the hotel staff are nice, they greet us well. Room is clean and hot and cold works perfectly fine. I will consider going back here again. It is about 5 minute walk to the mtr station at yau ma tei (exit D)."
