We loved this place!
The location of the hotel was perfect! A five minute drive to Old Town and stunning beach views. The pool is huge, warm, and such a treat!

A solitude trip.. was left alone but staff not helpful when needed, cooking appliances below average, wild cat fights outside room all night.

Spacious apartment opposite the water
Our experience was really good. It was much better than expected. The room was clean and large. The apartment is 8 minutes away from Monemvasia. The staff was friendly. Thank you.

Location required a vehicle to get to nightlife in Monemvasia. Small beach nearby with taverna in walking distance. Beautiful view of water from balcony. Rocky beach in front but better access a short walk.

Quiet studio walking distance from beach. Only stayed over night but better for longer stays as it was equipped with a kitchenette. On site parking. Pool with sea water on premises.

A pretty good alternative for your stay
Hotel needs renovation, but we got 2-bedroom apartment (with kitchenette and fridge) for very good price and we are happy with our stay. Parking next to the door, pool and the sea accross the road. Monemvasia castle is about 5-6 km, Athos tavern in Agios Ioannis where we took excellent dinner for very fair price - another 5-6 km. A good alternative if you prefer privacy but not rush of tourist town.

Exactly as advertised
a great bargain, sparse but adequate furnishings, check-in & check-out were straight-foward and easy with caretaker on premises, did not use hotel swimming pool as it was mid-winter but easy access to very small beach, (again, made smaller by natural mid-winter weather patterns).

The hardest place to contact. The location is not near Monovasia, not the friendliest greeting, the room smelt like bad airfreshner trying to mask some other bad smell. The bed was a skinny matress on a very low bed with yellow stains on the pillowcases. I opened the wardrobe for anothet pillow which was all all stained with no pillow case the blankets looked like something you would put on a horse. Did not use the pool but by the look and smell of the place happy we didn't.

If nothing else is awailabe , still think twice.
The hotel add promises a lot, nice area,big pool, beautiful pictures of accommodations and area surrounding it. The reality is different, rooms have been luxury maybe 10 yrs ago, now some hard beds, promised/paid 3 bed apartment , changed to 2 bed versions without explanation. Swimming pool has been cleaned maybe last year, as water was green and filthy..

Nice sized room with big living area, kitchen and bathroom and it was a amazing view of the Sun rising from the Sea every morning!

Big apartment with sea view
Nice and big apartment very close to the beach - just outside Monemvasia village. The place is not in a walking distance from Monemvasia but ideal if you have a car or bike as it is 5 mins drive. Apartment is big and very close to the sea. Price is also very cheap.

Bello ma trascurato
Appartamento spazioso, bello e confortevole ma la piscina e lo spazio intorno ad essa è molto trascurato. La pulizia degli appartamenti ottima ma quella della piscina era praticamente inesistente. Il posto è molto appartato e tranquillo quindi perfetto per chi vuole rilassarsi ma nello stesso tempo vicino a Monemvasia

The pictures lied
Very nice pictures, so it was quite disappointing to see our room. Got a room on the ground floor, only 2m roof hight. The door made loud noises in the wind, which woke us up. Very cheap, so ok for a economical sleep-in.

Bon établissement. Accueil agréable et gérant à l’ecoute. Chambre spacieuse. La cuisine est bien équipée. La salle de bain est agréable (eau chaude matin et soir). En revanche, la piscine, mise à disposition pour la clientèle, n’est pas utilisée à bon escient (le nettoyage de celle-ci a été repoussé, chaque jour, mais n’a jamais été effectué)

οι φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος είναι παραπλανητικές.δεν υπάρχει καμία σχέση με αυτό που βλέπετε. το μέρος χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Το νερό δεν τρέχει με πίεση στο ντους. Βρήκαμε κατσαρίδα μέσα στην κουζίνα. Τα φίλτρα του κλιματιστικού ήταν λερωμένα.

Le site pourrait etre super et il a peut etre ete mais il y a longtemps. Tout est entretenu au strict minimum. La cuisine ne comprend qu'une casserole ni poele ni même de quoi se faire un café le matin. Il manquait un drap à un lit. La salle de bain etait sale et nauseabonde. L'accueil est expéditif et vous partez en laissant le clé sur la porte (elle peut y rester plusieurs jours d'ailleurs). Bref totale déception par rapport aux photos. Seules la vue et la proximite de Monemvasia sont appréciables.

Das Resort war überbucht und man hat uns in einem Minizimmer untergebracht, in dem es nach Kanal gerochen hat und in dem die Klospülung defekt war. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Très vieillot et sans accueil
L'appartement ne nous a pas semblé entretenu. Les appartements sont précaires, surtout l'espace cuisine/salon qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur : manque de mobilier, cuisine très vieille, four pas très propre. De plus, les lits ne sont pas confortables; Le cadre n'est pas très accueillant, Nous n'avons ressenti de charme particulier, ce que nous attendions au regard des photos et descriptifs. .

Ved ankomst til hotellet kom vi hurtigt ind og fik nøglen, samt en personlig anvisning, og hjælp til at finde værelset. Servicen har alt i alt været rigtig fin, på dette hotel, med hjælpsomme medarbejdere. Værelset var dog ikke helt som forventet. Vi havde ikke fuld sea view, dørhåndtaget sad løst, internettet var dårligt og værelset var lidt småt, med sengen presset helt over mod væggen, så en af os var nød til at kravle over den anden. Elskede omgivelserne, og hotellet lå lækkert ud til vandet, men der burde måske stå at en bil er nødvendig ( ikke et problem for os) og at det ligger op af en stejl skråning. Jeg er ikke sikker på at vi benytter dette hotel igen.. Men synes at monemvasia i sig selv, er helt fantastisk.

Καλυτερη έρευνα και φυσικά επιλογή διαμονής.
Δωμάτια χωρίς μια καντίνα η χώρο , που να μπορείς να πάρεις ενα καφέ η ενα αναψυκτικό . Την επόμενη φορα που θα έκλεινα δωμάτιο δεν θα εμπιστευόμουν τις φωτογραφίες απο το διαδύκτιο .

Passamos um dia nesse hotel e foi pouco, queríamos ter ficado mais um. Ótimo lugar pra dar uma reorganizada na viagem, apartamentos super completos, Muito próximo de monenvasia.
