They aren’t clean it’s an an unsafe place and the staff will not help you. I will not stay there ever again.

Anthony, you know you were not allowed to even check in based on your previous stay with us, you have a life time ban. (1) Smoking in the room is not permitted (2) we are NOT pet friendly and (3) the state you left the room in. Leaving a negative review will not change the fact you have a lifetime ban.

Thanks for your feedback. The surrounding businesses do have armed security because of the type of business it is. However, it does not affect us. Our staff are available 24/7 to answer any questions.

Good Morning Wei, from what I understand, someone called the morning of your arrival to cancel because of a family emergency and then you showed up later that evening. I'm not sure what actually happened, but once a reservation is cancelled it cannot be reinstated and you have to book a new reservation. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
I didn't like that people on the next door was so noisy.

I'm sorry your neighbors were loud. Please inform the front desk anytime by dialing "0" and we will take care of it. We work on a one warning system and quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. Security are on site from 6pm-8am and staff are available 24/7 to assist with any issues.
Location was helpful, breakfast is minimal(granola bars)

Thanks for your feedback. Although the Daysinn Light breakfast is one wrapped item (granola bar) Coffee and Juice, we had added toaster pastries and oatmeal. Fruit is also usually available. Thanks again.
The night stand was missing apart of the trip. The TV didn’t work so they had to bring in another. In the morning on the second day they had no fruit and we had to ask for the desk ladies to get out some granola bars .

I checked in on Friday midnight and it was my first time in Turlock found this hotel at a good price the room was so clean and the housekeeping ladies very kind the receptionist very kind and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Not in great neighborhood with dispensary in front parking lot. But armed guards walking around a lot.

Thanks for your feedback. Although the dispensary is opposite the Motel, they don't affect us at all. As you stated, they do have Security (as do we) and don't affect each other. The neighborhood is actually pretty nice - I live just a few minutes away and our AGM lives even closer.

I'm sorry your room was not ready when you were ready to check in. Housekeeping start at 9.30am and work hard to ensure all rooms are cleaned to a high standard, which means not rushing so nothing is missed. When housekeeping start, they start on rooms that have already checked out, although many guests will leave the key in the room and not notify the front desk, so housekeeping will knock on doors that do not have the 'do not disturb' sign on them to see which rooms can be cleaned. Obviously the sooner we can clean rooms, the sooner guests can check in which is the first issue you stated. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
A little more effort from the cleaning staff would do wonders to this place. Definitely signs of lazy bones

I'm so sorry you had issues with the AC Unit. I don't see any notes on this but our staff are available 24/7 to assist. Each plug has a 'reset' button on it, and we do have extra units on hand if we needed to replace one right away. Please let us know if you encounter an issue we can make it right and make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with our light breakfast offerings. The Wyndham offerings have been reduced across all Wyndham locations. We added the oatmeal as something extra and fresh fruit in addition to the Coffee, Juice, Tea, Cocoa. I do understand its not a 'hot breakfast' but there are nearby restaurants and fast food locations if this is your preference. Thanks for your feedback.
