Typical hotel breakfast (love the waffles) and the staff in the breakfast room were great! I would say that the hotel is not the quietest, you can hear thumping from the floor above and in the hallways. Traffic noise is minimal though. A convenient place if you need to stay in Mission.

We truly apologize for the pool closure, we know it is a great inconvenience for our guests.We planned the pool closure for renovations sometime in January and we posted a notice on our OTA's partners starting mid February. I am truly sorry that we did not have the resources to call all our future guests and notify them in person. We believe that the pool will reopen sometime after April 15th, 2024.

Five Forks Restaurant was excellent. Pool and hot tub were closed and weren't told until we arrived. Water pressure in bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning staff were very helpful. If you book to stay here ask for a room in the new part of the building.

Everything was great, however the pool was under renovation and we couldnt use it at all ! I was very disappointed to find that out !

-Rooms were good -Queen bed is a twin bed at best -Noisy club or something beside rooms on ground floor. Woke us up multiple times. Parking was hit or miss - for some reason BC hotel charge extra for half of your family. Stupid. - easy to get to and has grocery store and coffee clie by

Great breakfast. The room (honeymoon suite) was nice and big and comfortable, but was a bit tired looking. It did have a nice big deck. The pool looked nice but the fitness room didn’t really have much fitness equipment.

Continental breakfast was great, staff are very friendly, bed was very hard, and uncomfortable and pillows need to be replaced. Room was decently clean, the carpet had a lot of hair on it around edges.

Agent at the desk was extremely rude, gave me a hard time when I asked about early check in. I was unaware that the room booked was an outside entrance, so when I asked if I could switch to an inside room because I knew it would be too loud, seeing a we were very close to a major roadway, she refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked, yet the parking lot was, at most, half full for the entire day and evening. She told me "you get what you booked"

We had a pleasant stay and the staff were all warm and courteous. Special shout-out to the ladies in the breakfast bar who were unfailingly cheerful and helpful, even when working on Christmas day. We will definitely stay there again.

THEY ARE HAPPY TO DING YOU ON THE FINE PRINT! Check your invoice. It was one of the least expensive bookings so perhaps we need to cut them some slack. It's old and in need of an upgrade to live up to other Best Western standards, in my experience. We anticipated the possibility of my daughter and her dog would stay with us so we booked a "pet friendly" hotel and on the confirmation from info@myreservation.bestwestern.com all the icons for the free stuff were beside each other leading me to think there was n/c for the dog. Instead of contacting me when they saw the dog, they simply charged for the dog for 3 nights instead of one citing the fine print in the document that you sign on check-in. I was never notified and only discovered the charge when I scoured the bill when we returned to our home.

When I was checking in, the person behind the desk was very unfriendly. I did call her out on it, as I let her know it was very noticeable. Otherwise everything was great, except the hot water ran out while my husband was in the shower!

The location is good, the rooms are awesome and well priced, the contenental breakfast exceeded expectations as well. The pool area is awesome although when we went in there Wednesday afternoon it was closed for cleaning. They quickly wrapped up when they saw us however and it worked out great. I love all the entrances, and the keys never stopped working like other places. The restaurant in the hotel didn't deliver but it was easy pickup. We will be back as we visit mission often

The people were super friendly and helpful including at breakfast (included) which made up for the slanted floors, leaky ceiling in the bathroom and stains on the carpets in our super noisy room right next to a major roadway. Recommend asking for a room on the backside.

Definitely not a 9.2 rating like hotels.com stated. Maybe a 4* at best. Bathroom shower hardly worked and squealed anytime you used the shower head. Toilet seat fell off. Floor tiles cracked. Pillows absolutely terrible. Hot tub was Luke warm. Best part was Breakfast it was amazing!

Beds were comfortable but the service was terrible. We had breakfast and the lady that was working her name was Lisa and she called me stupid because I pressed a button too many times on the pancake machine. I wasn’t sure how to exactly work the thing but being called stupid was rude and uncalled for. Won’t be coming back here again & they also have their air conditioner on in the hallways mid November.

I was especially impressed with cleanliness. I had a small spill on a counter that I was wiping up with one of the white towels and noticed the white towel coming up as white as when I first reached for it. Friendly staff at the breakfast bar was also a highlight of my stay at this hotel. Definitely will come back to this hotel again in the future!
