The staff were wonderful! Toni, who worked the breakfast every morning was so hard-working and so friendly! It was a nice variety for the breakfast that always had an egg and a meat offered, and the spinach egg bake was wonderful! They also offered a variety of different fruits and yummy muffins that changed out as soon as they ran out and as soon as something was empty, it was filled immediately! As soon as you enter the hotel it smells wonderful. The rooms were great. I loved the addition of the kitchen. The beach was nice and close so we did not feel like it was a long walk and we felt like we could walk and get dinner every night within the area without having to take a car because we chose not to rent a car. We chose to rent chairs right from the beach so we didn’t have to worry about lugging those along and it worked out wonderfully. The pool area was nice and clean and everyone we met was so incredibly friendly! We had a later in the day flight so they let us store our luggage so we could explore even more. We will be back to this property!

Great value for the money in Destin, especially compared to many of the vacation rentals nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed after long days at the beach. Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.

Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. After traveling for an entire week, we were very exhausted and just needed some rest. One of the staff members was kind enough to extend our check-out time a little, which we appreciated so much — such a thoughtful gesture! The rooms are beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and shopping nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The breakfast here has been one of the bests free hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The beach was 3-5 mins walking distance it was AMAZING. The outlet was also walking distance! Staff was friendly. The place overall was very modern and clean. Will be back again soon!

I booked my stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miramar Beach through Expedia and was incorrectly charged multiple times directly by the hotel. Before checkout, I addressed the issue in person and was assured the charges would be reversed and that a parking fee would be removed due to the inconvenience. A week later, I still have an outstanding $362 charge and a $30 fee that were supposed to be removed. I’ve called twice and was told it would be handled and that I would receive a follow-up call, which never happened. This level of billing error and lack of follow-through is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly chase down corrections for charges that should have never occurred. I am now forced to escalate this through my bank.
