I am here to get a passport at the government building across the street. They graciously offered to let me stay in the room until 3 PM when checkout is noon.

The small amount of time I spent IN the hotel was comfortable, clean, staff were VERY friendly/professional and the lobby area was cozy with friendly wait staff! I’d stay there again.

Shower head was broken—one setting (power wash). No safety grid in the shower. Tiny sink area and hardly any counter space. Staff were nice, but had to ask three times for extra towels.

Sports Weekend Gem!
In town for a couple of sporting events. Hotel conveniently located right between Twins, Timberwolves and Vikings stadiums. Great place to park, stay and walk to events. Awesome hotel

Finding the parking was confusing, but once found the parking is very convenient being connected to the hotel!

The entrance to the parking is two city blocks away from the front door and this does cause some confusion, but there are elevators directly to your floor from the parking garage and your room key provides in-and-out access to make it convenient. So happy you enjoyed your stay after that.

Hotel was awesome! Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. Suggestions would be to have more signage tied to exiting underground parking. Longer shower curtain to prevent water on floor. Accessibility room- tub was slippery so need to resolve that issue. Overall we were all pleased with our stay.

Love the area and staff are amazing. Only complaint is that a microwave would be nice to have. Other than that, room was very comfortable!

For the price we would UBER home next time.
The room was clean, the mattress was a bit saggy for our taste and the bar food was subpar. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Our room had a very musty smell to it. We also ate dinner at the hotel. Our food and service was HORRIBLE!!!! Chicken was raw and one of the guest in my party got food poisoning WOULD NOT recommend.
