Very nice, room was clean and spacious. The heat didn’t work initially, but was quickly fixed. Nice breakfast options.

The place was nice and clean. I wish somewhere when you book rooms you can ask for all your rooms to be by each other. I thought two of my three rooms would be connected but they where not. We had to change them all around so they where on the same floor at least. The handicap room was very nice. I like that the beds where not as high up as the beds in the other rooms. I wish the meeting rooms could be included if you book three or more rooms instead of having to pay another 250.00 for half a day. That's a lot to pay after having booked three rooms.

Very underwhelmed
We stayed here based on pictures that it would be a suite. No. We could not use the pull-out couch because it butted up against the king so no one could walk through. There was no separation to makenit a suite. Also we had to ask several times to have the handicap spots salted. My wife and mother in law are both disabled and my wife hurt her back slipping. Would not reccomend if you are looking for space for a family.

Our Go-To stay in Minneapolis
We stay here almost every time we come to Minneapolis. There are renovations going on right now, but they appear to be almost done. The room we were in had been recently renovated and was lovely. We will stay here again.

Hotel is under renovation, but they did not disclose this at the time of making the booking. Most of ground floor tarped and plastic sheet off to limit access. Fans blowing everywhere. Nice hotel, even better whenever they are finished with their renovations

Property was under construction-it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Noisy Fire alarm was set off at 12:30 am Saturday morning do to remodeling. Phone in room to front desk did not work. Had to climb down 4 flights of stairs only to find out it was a water alarm. Then had to climb 4 flights back up again. No room available on 1st or 2nd floor. My husband has Parkinson’s and sister in law has a bad hip. Navigating the stairs were difficult. Had infestation of box elder bugs in the two rooms we had 429 & 431. Had them in bed/window/carpet.

They are doing a refurbishment. Despite communicating that work would only occur between 8:00am - 5:00pm, hammering was happening above my room shortly after 7:00 am.
