The WiFi kept going out and my key card kept disabling, locking me out my room on multiple occasions. Amenities are average nothing special but it’s a good place to stay the night if you are not looking for much.

I had a great experience here. Though the price was a bit high, I would easily stay at this hotel again and have stayed a couple times already. Staff was courteous and professional and that was appreciated. The only problem I had was with the key card every time the room was cleaned.

Bathroom light was burnt out and one of the pillows was dirty. Found some hair on the bed. People where very noisy and we could smell marihuana that was being smoked on the building

This place is basically a dive. The general neighborhood is nice. This property is kind of run down and the other guests made us a bit nervous. I stayed here a few years ago and thought it was ok for a cheap motel. I won’t be staying here again.

Room was fine but area seemed unsafe
Had a slow check-in, with the person behind the desk also helping others and answering the phone. He was hard to hear and it was hard to understand his accent. He never bothered to tell me how to find my room so I went back in to ask. He came out to do something else and told me it was upset on the back side but then I couldn’t understand what else he said. I asked if I should take the stairs up and he told me about an elevator half way down. Lots of people hanging around on both levels talking very loudly and even sitting outside on the ledge in front of our door. We did not feel safe. I got the impression some of them live at the hotel as there were several groups that seemed to know each other. There was a police car and ambulance leaving the parking lot when we arrived and two police cars in the lot when we returned to our room late evening.

There must be people living there. Plants in the window and dog barking. Each night kids sitting on 2nd floor walk way, teenagers leaning on railing talking on phone. Seems like it was home for them.

Door keys don't work always
Not sure what can be done to fix the door keys so you can get into the room. I like staying here. The location is good and the price is right but I had to run back to the office three times before the room key opened the door I was given.

Doors were locked and staff was not at the property when we arrived, he walked over from a neighbouring property about 30mins later. Toilet ran all night and the tank filled every 20 seconds. The room was very humid, the floor was lifting and you could see the water damage

The only Red Roof locally to stay. The staff and the beds were good but the floor (i get it with dogs) was all loose) Im grateful for RRI because we travel with our 🐕 dogs and they're pet friendly.

The Inn was clean, but the property upkeep was not as good. The tub was missing huge hunks of porcelain and the room was lacking any personality or pictures. The best part of our stay is that my great dane was allowed without any fee. Being able to travel with my dog is the best.
