This property was very nice and it was clean and the rooms were very nice. I’m very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel the service and the staff. Only complaint I would have is that the piece of paper that was given to me upon check-in that mentioned breakfast did not say that it cost for $14. Also, getting to that hotel is extremely difficult. The GPS does not route you properly and it is very confusing and took me on the highway going the other way twice.

Room was good, prices on booking apps are not correct compared to actual pricing. They were kind enough to price match however. Overall, a good room with good services!

The property is located near by downtown and the train for easy moving around the city. One thing I didn't like was all the noise that the a/c does and the fridge as when they kick on . Also the pillows were very lumpy

Really tricky to get to for out of town folk, but nice hotel. Breakfast was not included which we did not know until we started grabbing stuff, but decently priced. Valet parking for some reason didn’t move the car to the lot

Great hotel staff and rooms. Very nice Lobby and hang out area! Not far from main part of downtown. Outside immediate area a little run down and grungy. Sidewalks are rough and need work!

The food served was very good. It was difficult to get to the hotel coming from the south. GPS kept taking us back to the highway because there was no way to turn into the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. it was close to the Orpheum where we were seeing a show and parking was very accessable.

Not horrible, wouldn’t book again. Pool area was small, bar and dining area small & not really what I was looking for. Parking at this location is not worth the valet price. They just don’t have enough space based on size of property. Not a bad experience, just not somewhere I’d book again.

Parking is $35 per night plus tax and breakfast is $20 per person! Not correct on Expedia’s site! Very close to Minneapolis convention center! Tip to save money, park with city meters on street in front of hotel or by the dog park across street! We paid $13 for entire weekend! Even moved car and found different parking spot no problem!

Fantastic Service
All the staff were just wonderful! My travels to the location were long & ruff. The second I arrived; I was greeted by Ellen, who is an outstanding employee. She was so helpful throughout my stay! The gentleman behind the bar, the gentlemen running back and forth holding down valet parking, and the gentleman at the front desk in the morning/afternoon, & housekeeping were all awesome! This property is lucky to have such amazing people work for them!

Honestly a very clean facility. The pool was very clean as well the rooms. Staff was all around nice and friendly, breakfast was reasonable and good! The valet did fill up, but the front desk was helpful in giving me options for parking nearby.

Absolutely ridiculous! Outraged!
There was no parking left, had to park in a car ramp blocks down to only pay more money to stay at a hotel. I could have stayed other places and will take my business elsewhere next time would not recommend two young ladies should not have to walk the cold streets of Minneapolis to park their car. I’ll find a hotel with parking included next time!

There was very helpful staff at the front desk. They helped us navigate to the interstate from the hotel. They went above and beyond to get us there safely.

I believe there should be a free breakfast included with the cost of the room. That’s a standard in most every hotel. At a bare minimum there should be hot coffee on the lobby- that’s just good hospitality.
