Pull out sofa haf no linen or bedding on the bed or in the room. Had to wait until after 2am to get something. Walls were paper thin, the people above us had children that literally sounded like they were playing basketball! The aesthetics of the hotel were really nice there were just some inconveniences that were disappointing.

Was notified several days before check-in that the hot tub was not operating. Although we did not plan to use it, they set the expectations well.

Lots of parking and no extra fee! Very clean and comfortable beds. The rooms are quiet and could not hear anyone in halls or through walls!! Part of the reason I booked is the photos showed a detachable shower head but got a walk in shower without one and I have two children that use a wand to shower so water is not in their face but we made it work, just would have been more ideal. The pool was big but water is pretty cold that kids didn’t seem to care but not enjoyable for adults.

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our apologies the room you stayed in did not have the shower head that you had expected. The pool heater unexpectedly needed repairs thus the colder than normal pool temperature, however, back up and running now.

The building exterior doesn't look all that great, but the room was wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but plenty within a 10 min drive. There's also a lake with a trail within walking distance. Plenty of free parking on-site which many downtown hotels don't have. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.

The decor/vibe was super unique and fun to explore! Clean property. Could use a microwave in the room and better lighting in the room. The view we had was subpar. But great hotel all around!!!

I came to this property for 2 days. I have worked in the in the hospitality industry for four years. I notice things most people do not. while the room has seen a lot of use from years of people. They have maintained the property well. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Clean place to stay
It is an older hotel building, but kept up, clean and smelled great! The decor is cool and comfortable. We went to breakfast on Friday morning and got the breakfast buffet, it was bad, food hadn’t been changed out. When we told the waitress she admitted they hadn’t change the food b/c of low numbers. She did not offer a discount or reimbursement. Took it up with the front desk and was able to get credit to their pantry store. Overall nice clean place but not a fancy newer hotel.
