I made my reservation a couple months in advance for 2 queens, and ended up with one king and nothing they could do about it the first night. They did upgrade me to a suite the next night, which was nice.
I was there a year ago, and I have to say the service in the restaurant was horrible. The poor bartender was trying, but they were so understaffed. If I didn't ask her for a drink, I don't think I would've ever gotten one. Something definitely has to be done to change the customer service there.
