"My 3-night stay was comfortable and I enjoyed many of the amenities including the pool and hot tub, both of which were in great working order, onsite hot breakfast, and underground parking. The bartender at the Home2 next door was delightful and the pizza cooked on site was quite good. One disappointment was that various signs said that the rooftop bar was open and it was not."

"Westin was a bad experience. Parking and getting checked in was a nightmare. While the staff was friendly, they weren’t helpful. Outside the hotel, streets and sidewalks were dirty. Decided to turn a two night stay into a one night. Never could get a refund for the second night. Hotels says it’s on Westin. Westin says it’s on Hotels. I’m tired of trying. They’re both getting a bad review. Rooms were clean and lovely however."

"The hotel is close to so many things so you could walk to places and it doesn't take long! It's great that parking is right below the hotel. The front staff immediately brought smiles to our faces and were sooo friendly! The room was great! The fragrance they use is AMAZING! We didn't have a view of the city, which honestly, I'm not upset about! The bed was extremely comfortable! (That was the first thing I said when I woke up) We had breakfast at Wood & Paddle and that was so good! Overall, loved it here!"

"Have to start by saying I’m a big Prince fan, so the oversized photo of him in the lobby won me over right away. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in. The staff was helpful and the view of First Avenue in the Prince mural was a bonus. I had a suite and it was very spacious and inviting. I would definitely stay there again!"
