Stay was good for what was needed, a night sleep while family member in ICU. Was disappointed as paid extra for breakfast during reservation only to find out there was no hot breakfast available.

We arrived late at night & our room seemed ok; but then after both of us coughing all night long & trouble breathing. We heard another guest complain of the same issue. The motel changed our room two more times & finally the smell was ok, but the room was in need of repairs. I wish I could trust Expedia to not support such rooms. Very disappointed Expedia customer.

The pool had no heat in the water. Just cold room temp. We were charged $5.00 for a hot ordered breakfast but the cook didn't show up. We were served a cold breakfast and told to keep the breakfast coupon.

I like the convenience of this place. The staff is always friendly. We have noticed it is less tidy than Han it used to be; some trash in the elevator, and the hot tub was very cloudy, the jets don’t work. When we were in the pool area someone came and just poured some chemical in it. I’ve owned a hot tub and I know it should be tested and the chlorine should be measured. The chlorine also should be agitated in the tub-working jets would help-to be most effective. I would think with a heavy use tub this would be even more important.

The staff!!! The front desk person was helpful, kind and hilarious! The gentleman who served breakfast was polite, kind and remembered that we said we would be sharing the fruit and toast - so he took the time to split those items out, prior to bringing to our table. It’s the little things that count!

Was so sad when we were told the restaurant was closed. The bartender made an amazing Sangria! Our door didnt open or close easily, had to pull it closed.

My daughter and I were going to stay the night here after seeing Disney on Ice. The hotel was not clean, things were broke in our room, the pool was gross, the restaurant wasn’t open and we did not feel safe. We were going to stay but when we got back from dinner there were four cop cars at the main entrance. This solidified my decision to leave the premise with my child and we did not stay the night…nor would I recommend this place to anyone

Property was okay only booked hotel because they had pool and hot tub and that was apparently closed for “maintenance”. Picked and paid for “premium” room but received a small very basic room. Was told one price on Expedia and card was charged $50 more with no explanation. I’m assuming it was for the deposit but no one said anything about it. Would not do again.

Not bad for the price
This hotel was pretty good. The pool was closed - which was fine because I wasn’t planning on using the pool anyway, and it looked pretty dirty in that room also. The fitness room was nice and the TVs on each machine was a nice touch. The only thing I can really complain about is the noise. We had a room close to the elevators and unfortunately you could hear anyone and everyone who came off the elevators and go down the hall. Other than that, a good hotel for the money. Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t expecting a 5 star, so that’s okay!

The staff was pleasant and the property was overall clean. When we arrive we were told the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Had we known this we would have stayed at another hotel. Then at around 3:30am the people in the next room had a loud fight in the hallway outside our door. Nothing was done about it. I have stayed here previously and had a good stay. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be back after this stay. We were very disappointed overall

Room was dirty, especially bathroom. Water dropped from shower the whole time. Specifically booked this hotel since there was a pool for my kids to swim in and the pool was closed. Staff was rude when I asked them why the pool was closed. Super disappointed that we took a family trip to swim at a hotel and we weren’t even able to swim.

Arrived at 730 pm to check-in, told us there was “water pressure issues”, but the issues would be resolved by 10 pm. Front desk associate told us and a couple others in the lobby that we were could check out with a refund and go elsewhere. We said we’d just check in if the water would be turned back on, she assured us twice that it would be by 10. By 1030, still no water and no guarantee of when it would be back on. So we checked out, she said she approved the refund and that hotels.com would be made aware of our refund. It’s now almost a week later and hotels.com still cannot get ahold of management here. We’ve called several times, talked to multiple people and now have a case open with corporate. How can they expect people to stay there when they couldn’t even FLUSH THE TOILET?! Handing out free bottled water in the lobby was definitely not a solution to this problem! And don’t “approve” a refund and then not take the steps to assure the refund is actually given!
