We just stayed over Xmas, which as we knew was a very quiet time in Milan. We were treated so well by the staff (they were all sooo lovely). I think they may have been worried that we would be bored as it is such a slow time of year in Italy. However we were treated fabulously and enjoyed the use of the gym and spa areas. I don't think they sell themselves enough on the website as these areas were particularly lovely and look brand new. We really enjoyed the turkish bath. Breakfast was also wonderful, lovely fresh fruit, juices, coffee and bakery goods. We were treated particularly well as we were the only guests for breakfast on Xmas and Boxing day......
This is truly a beautiful hotel, in a very good position. We would recommend this to anyone and will stay there again next time we are in Milan.
Thanks again to all the lovely staff who made us feel at home.

We only stayed one night during our recent vacation but we found this hotel to be quite nice. It's located on a main thoroughfare but they put us on the 6th floor on the side so there was no traffic noise at all. Very friendly staff, great breakfast included in the rate, and it looked like the hotel had been recently renovated. Everything looked new! Within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and its upscale shopping area. Our room was small (as were all our rooms in Europe) but very modern and comfortable. Only negative was the $26 Euro for overnight parking, but that is pretty standard when you have a car and stay "in town". We would definitely stay here again.

These suites are in an amazing spot, only a very short walk from the metro and main areas of Milan - easy to get anywhere! Front desk staff were super helpful and the breakfast was really nice - lots of options!
Only thing we could fault is that the air con wasn't overly powerful, but certainly better than no air con at all.
Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again when we return. Free wifi worked well too!

We had a lovely experience in our stay in Town House 12. The hotel is what they call a boutique hotel, which is cute way of saying there is limited amount of rooms. The whole hotel is full with charm; decoration is nice, lots of sofa, books, outdoor area. Breakfast is included and is OK, doesn't change from day to day and you'll seat in a shared table - which is quite an interesting experience.
The highlight for me was the staff friendliness. They were always vey helpful and nice to the guests. In two different days we've decided to go to the supermarket (5 minutes walk distance) and get some nice parma ham and cheese for dinner in the hotel. They were very nice in bringing us plates, utensils and ice to go with the soda we bought in the market. I know that this is what you would normally expect from a hotel, however in my experience is not usually the case when they will do this for you with a smile on their face!
The room and bathroom had good size - bed, pillow, linen, towels - all good quality too.
Overall, our experience in Milan was excellent and the hotel only added to that. However, important to highlight that this is a different type of hotel. If you are looking for those big hotels, standard decoration, uniforms - this is not the hotel for you. If you're looking for something very good but more relaxed; than you should be good.
