Marco is super nice. The place is in a great location. The room is very spacious and clean. All in all an excellent place to stay!

Wonderful
I like the location (near to the train station and lots of places to chow). Marco was very helpful. Helped us make lunch reservations, etc. and easy to talk to. Our room was spacious and comfy. There is an elevator - awesome if you have heavy luggage. They just need to be more thorough in cleaning the bathroom. (Check behind the sink.) Overall... luv if! Would definitely book again!

Noisy and cold, rude staff.
Really bad experience in several aspects. Stayed for 3 nights with my family. Stressful check-out, a huge hidden fee appeared after I had fully paid the 3 nights (which was waived with the condition that I booked a minivan clearly overpriced from airport). A rude note from Marco saying that "if your flight gets delayed we will not wait for you" (with these exact words). No alternatives presented, he could not care less for the guests. Room very bad as well. Busy noisy avenue front, trams passing meters from the window. Heat did not work, cold nights, children with severe difficulties to get covered with blankets and sleep. We mentioned the problem to staff that alleged Milan regulation not to use it due to excessive pollution (well, at least pollution is true). I definitely recommend to avoid.

Very nice rental in a great Milan location.

Family visit to Milan
Marco was extremely helpful upon check in, allowing us to view several rooms from which we chose ours. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does an immaculate job. The room was amply sized, with enough room for all our personal belongings, plus kitchenette. A/C worked beautifully. One thing to remember if choosing this aparthotel, is to bring your own toiletries such as soap and shampoo. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.

Very good value and convenient location.
Nice room with functional kitchenette. Good location and convenient for Sunday antique market (last Sunday of month) and lots of nearby restaurants. Also close to metro. Only negative was that the T.V. did not work.

Fine first stop
It was fine. It was clean and neat. Room was small, but we weren't in the room long. They had A/C, but there was no way to adjust it and it was not very cold; just cool enough to take the edge off the oppressive heat. It's a bit off the beaten path, so a good 15 minute walk to anywhere in Milan. There is nothing bad to say about this place, it was just ok; fit the basic needs. Staff was polite, but not warm. as a first stop after the flight for just 1 or 2 nights, it fit the bill well enough.

Hotel very close to canal area.
Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and staff were very prompt and efficient. A good location as close to the canal area and 15 minutes walk into Duomo area of Milan.

Nice reasonably well run place. Note you are expected to pay at the start of the stay, which is fine but can be easy to forget. Room was spacious, comfortable and tidy.

About us: We are a family of 4 adults, and were looking for a place to stay close to the City Center in Milan. Most major tourist sites (The Duomo, Santa Maria della Grazie with Leonardo's "Last Supper", and major shopping sites) are all within a 20-minute walk or 10-15 Euro cab fare from the Hotel. The hotel is located about 50 minute drive from Milan Malpensa airport (90-100 Euro cab fare), and about a 20 minute drive from Milano Centrale station (~20 Euro cab fare). You could also take the Metro subway (Line M2) from Milano Centrale station to stop "Porta Genova," and walk about 5 minutes to the hotel. However, be careful, as I was pick-pocketed in the Metro and lost $350 USD in cash, even with my wallet in my front pocket! For this particular hotel, be aware that a check-in after 8:00pm (20:00) will result in an extra charge of at least 20 Euros. The room was very clean, and check-in was smooth. They arranged a very nice, large, air-conditioned private cab for us to take back to the airport. Wifi was a bit unreliable, but otherwise worked fine. Beds were very comfortable, pillows felt new, room was spotless and modern-looking, central air conditioning system worked great. We received some very nice restaurant recommendations and enjoyed our stay.

Easy walk to Milan cathedral, good price
Inexpensive option in Milan 20 minute (walk) to cathedral, shops and restaurants. Apartment is well equipped with small kitchen, large closet, queen sized bed, and nice shower. Private underground garage parking is available 20 euro. Host was very helpful and allowed an early check in no problem with just 24 hour notice. A little hard to find as navi took us to the Main Street and you need to go around and down a side street for the main entrance. Bring a skillet and dish soap if you will cook- great butcher shops nearby. Street is nosy.

Location close to Porta da Genova subway station so just a quick subway trip from the airport metro. Navigli canal area nearby which is great for eating and entertainment. 20min walk to Duomo or use the subway to get to attractions or shopping. Good value for something in Milan that's above average but not too pricey. We would use this hotel again. We didn't have a car but if you do then parking is on the street. Booking was made online and email comms from hotel was good with help on how to get there etc

We found the Aparthotel Navigli after trying to search for reasonable accommodations (price and proximity to friends in Milan). The hotel is outwardly hidden, accessed in a larger complex shared with offices. The hotel itself appears to be a mix of hotel rooms and rented "apartments," thus the title. For our purposes we found the hotel clean, secure (have to go through a couple of locked doors before getting to your own room) and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The Navigli area is an entertainment district of Milan, and while there is much nightlife, the noise level was acceptable for sleeping. We didn't use the efficiency kitchen, but it was nice to know we could have.

This is an apartment, within a commercial building , there are no hotel facilities that you might expect,apart from maid service.. Saying that this property gives excellent value, and the rooms are very clean, and some have kitchen facilities..This property seems to carter to families and groups, as they offer multiple beds in the rooms…The manger marco , is especially helpful and is always on hand to help

It is good if you plan to stay in milan for over a week because they don't early offer daily housekeeping but have a kitchen and basically it is like renting an apartment. The wifi is terrible and the location is easily to find but close to none of the major sites.

Great hotel, staff where very accommodating about our late arrival. There was a small fee but we arrived well after 1:00am so this was reasonable. Good location to go out for diner and drinks in Navigli in the evening and only a 15-20min walk to Ill Duomo. Room is large and could save you a lot of money as it has good cooking facilities. We only stayed two nights so didn't cook in the room. Would definitely stay again, recommended it to my parents and they will be using it in summer! Took bus from airport to train station and taxi to hotel. Taxi from train station after midnight to hotel was under 20 euros. On the way back we walked from the hotel via the center of town to the main train station, this takes about 45 minutes and is actually a very nice walk.

Endroit bien placé mais quartier assez sale. Proche des Navigli et du métro. Sommes tombés dans la semaine de la foire du meuble. Donc prix ASTRONOMIQUIE et absolument pas justifié. Accueil sympa. Chambre simple mais propre. Assez bruyant (route pavée)

Ótima localizacao, fotos bem próximas do real.
Lugar bem localizado em Navigli. Próximo ao canais e ao metro, trem. Para ir a pé à catedral, leva-se 20 min. Atendentes cordiais. Única coisa ruim, que após reserva há taxas a serem pagas no local. Se vc contabilizar somente as estadias, não será o valor real. Para duas diárias, paguei 42 euros adicionais, aumentando assim, praticamente 100 reias por diaria( para brasileiros). Para usar a cozinha há taxa de mais 20 euros. No geral atendeu as expectativas.

Nice apartment hotel in Navigli area
Nice room, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed. Necessary and sufficient furniture including kitchen. They offer several Wi-fi and you can get speedy internet access. It may be slightly difficult to find the hotel, but it's located in convenient place. Mr. Marco is very friendly and flexible.
