Tucked away in an odd area, though near the train station. Questionable safe. Many branches of police station led in front of the station. Hotel located a couple blocks away on the backside. Not great maybe, traveling solo, at nighttime. And limited amenities.

The room was spacious and soundproof but the aircon was not great. The shower could only be used as a handheld which was inconvenient and it leaked onto the bathroom floor. The cleaning staff were great! The location is super convenient to the station and centrale mercato however it definitely felt a bit unsafe at night.

Great location to jump on a train. We found the hotel to meet our needs and it’s less than a 5 minute walk with luggage to the Central Station.

GOOD MORNING,the air conditioning was turned off on 09/22/2023, as in Milan with rain and storms we reached 12 degrees, by regulation in the municipality of Milan, it cannot be left on beyond September 15th, we 'we turned it off on 09/22. We are sad but whatever had been turned on, with these external temperatures, you would have complained about it being too cold and risked getting sick. Kind regards Albert Hotel staff.

Decent hotel 2 minutes from the station
As many city centre hotels, parking is ridiculous. Use the station car park instead to save the stress. Hotel is decent enough, with a decent continental breakfast.

Review Albert Hotel
Exceptionally convenient location, even better than it appeared on the map, in relation to the Central Railway Station. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The staff was polite and helpful in every aspect. WiFi needs boosting.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Staff were polite, but not friendly or forthcoming with service. Had to return to the front desk after checkin to get the wifi info.

Nice place. Great location.
Nice place and friendly, helpful front desk. Room was overall nice and clean. Beds were ok, pillows were ok. Check in was easy. Front desk let us store our luggage after we checked out and went out for the day. Location was really great, being right next to the train station. Good place for a fair price.

Ok
The WiFi was unsecured unless you downloaded some sketchy VPN app. The instructions were only in Italian so I gave up. Otherwise the hotel was OK.

Flooded shower and shower room floor
Shower room floor was flooded and after we told them, they told us it was fixed second day of our stay. But it was not fixed and all three nights of our stay at this hotel had flooded shower room and flooded bathroom floor. The side by bottom of shower door had some hole. Each time we took shower, water came out and floore was also flooded by toilet stole. Side of our room was busy street and we had terrible noise throughout evening.

Poor outdated hotel, but on doorstep of station
Stayed at this hotel as hub to visit Milan, the Lakes and Parma for a mini break. The hotel is very outdated and basic - probably not had any modernisation for 20-30 years or so. Most of the fittings in the room didn't work and cleanliness could have been better. Staff at the desk had an odd demeanour. The area is find, but it is sort of a red light district at night. Biggest pro is it's proximity to Milan Centrale and the metro network.

Basic Hotel near Milano Centrale
I booked this hotel because it's very close to Milano Centrale and it's convenient if you need to use the Airport shuttles or trains. Metro station is also nearby. But the area itself in this part of Milano Centrale is not clean and there are always dodgy people around it. The hotel itself is quite basic and the bed matress is not comfortable at all. The price was cheaper than at the other hotel as we stayed during Milan Fashion weeks and the prices were up a lot compared other times. The breakfast was quite basic too and if you need to luandry your clothes it takes 2 days if you order in the afternoon. The staff is friendly though and ready to assist.

We liked staying here. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Metro was easy and cheap to use and several lines went to the various sites around the city. Breakfast was good value.

not far from the train station. Hotel is very small. The day-time staff is warm, but the after-house lady does not speak English and very short tempered. The hotel does not provide hot water so do not expect to make coffee or tea. We did not get wifi password.
