The most uncomfortable sofa bed I’ve had the misfortune of sleeping on. The back of it also looked like it had some stains on it. On the plus side, really nice breakfast.

Hotel was an older property that backed up to a dilapidated indoor shopping center. Very outdated and in serious need of modernization. Breakfast was palatable but nothing too exciting. Missing many amenities that Americans are used to having in the Holiday Inn hotels.

Thank you for your feed back. Unfortunately we situated in a town centre next to a shopping centre as we are a Holiday in Express. As we are an Express hotel, we unfortunately do not provide many of the amenities a Holiday Inn would provide.We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

It was just overall great . Breakfast was such a relaxing pleasure overlooking Town Square ( I would like either Porridge or Muslei (not Alpen ) Good job , staff were ace

A good base

Adequate. Strange entry procedure from car park. Public area seating not very comfortable. I was told it was due for refurbishment. Restaurant not as interesting as goinf out! Room had the thinnest toilet paper imaginable!

Situated at the back of the hotel by a service road / bin area. Very noisy through the night. Also across from what sounded like generators at the shopping centre which wells a constant background noise so very hard to sleep.
