"4 nights in chongping - great location right in the heart of the city. Quite noisy at night as a result but nothing to really stop you sleeping. Cool touches throughout the hotel - very Moxy. Only real issue was that rooms lacked any real storage for clothes etc & were quite small but then that's also classic Moxy. Breakfast was also very heavily slanted towards Chinese guests with very little Western-type food on offer. Overall, great location, cool hotel but best suited to people who are happy to live out of their suitcase. Enjoyed it though!!!"

"There was no issues when I stay here in 2025. This year, 2026, I stay here again and I will never come back. The room feels so old; the furniture is not well maintained at all. The room is a none-smoking room but it smells smoky. Very bad experience. Both the front desk and the breakfast staff do not have the basic hospitality. They all looks like angry for no reason."

"I had a pleasant stay at the Four Seasons Beijing. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, making it an excellent place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The fitness facility is well-equipped with a good selection of modern equipment, and the spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. That said, I found the spa services to be quite overpriced for the value received. The facial was not particularly special and it was performed in a massage room. The hotel’s dining was also somewhat disappointing. While the food was perfectly acceptable, it was largely average and lacked the exceptional quality and creativity one might expect from a luxury hotel. Some dishes tasted more like prepared food than meals made fresh for the buffet, and the flavors were not particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel excels in comfort, cleanliness, and amenities, but the food and spa services did not fully meet the expectations set by the Four Seasons brand. I would happily stay here again for the accommodations and facilities, though I would likely dine elsewhere for more memorable meals."

"Excellent location in CBD district and it’s directly link to a luxury mall. My room has a good view of the TV station tower. Big room and bed is comfortable. Staff are helpful when I have a query. There’s a good restaurant/ bar on ground floor with live band performance. Will stay this hotel when back to BJ"

"We stay from 17-24 May (7 nights) The receptionist held deposit 12000RMB when we checked-in. When we checked-out the cost was 8342.73RMB. The receptionist told me there will be a refund to my account in its original form. On 29May I received 200RMB from them. I immediate send email to ask and phone call to followed. My reply was have to be checked my bank cause the money 3657.27RMB was returned. I don’t know how and where to get help to have my money back. The ridiculous was the hotel ask me to call Expedia to find out what happened. They took money from my credit card and insisted returned. I still waiting there investigation!! This was my very bad experience I ever had in the past."
