When I arrived at the hotel after my flight, it was 2am already. I was informed that they no longer had a room for me due to "maintenance issues", and if I wanted to find another place to stay I could check Google as to what was around and available. It took me 3 hours to find a hotel that had an available room that was an hour away, which I finally got at 5am. Since this was not my issue, Red Rod needed to have informed me of this issue earlier and tried to help me find a new place to stay. I almost had to sleep in my rental car. Not professional at all for leaving me stranded.
