"The hotel is so close to the airport they provide earplugs for your stay. I did not need them but maybe if you are a light sleeper. The neighborhood is rough, valet parking is a must. I definitely would not park on the street. It was dark when I got in and the street parking was full of interesting characters. I would not go for an evening stroll. The hotel was clean and had a full service restaurant and bar in the lobby. The food was good and the drinks on par. Being a hotel, the restaurant gratuity was included in the tab.
My room had everything I needed for the night. No extra frills. It did come with a menu for the local pizza place that delivers late if you need it."
"I enjoyed the pool!
I was very disappointed with the noise and marijuana smell coming from the connecting door from the room to my right as you faced my room- it was the entire stay- I did not mention this awful situation as I was afraid of retaliation - I believe having your staff be more present in the hallways would/could be helpful"
"Front reception was very rude, I don’t know if they are overworked or just rude. I felt like I was checking in to a one star hotel, I asked the front desk attendant who checked me in, I think her name is Sabrina if she knows or any Cigar lounges in the area, and her answer was very rudely “use Google”."
