Before arriving at Miami I had another level of expectation about Towne Place by Marriot, Why? Because of the daily rate is higher in comparison with the level of service
First, I assumed the room cleanliness service would be everyday, after the first night this service did not do, being said that, during the 2nd day this service was done with towels change and for the rest nothing happened, overall the cleanliness was not good
On the other hand, the level of breakfast is the WORST, no brown bread, no fruits, no yoghurt, the coffee does not taste like anything
Regarding the people who work there have had an excellent behavior being candid, respectful and available at all time for the passenger
