The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very good, staff and food. Now what I didn't like was the room, 2 twin beds, very small not a lot of room,the bathroom was very small also. They charged $12 for breakfast, most hotels offer this for free. I have stayed at hotels with better breakfast than this for free.

OK place to grab some sleep! There is no elevator to the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs! I dont know whether is was broken when I was there, or they don't have an elevator.

The property is located very near to the MIA airport and is served by a shuttle service. The shuttle runs 24/7, leaving hourly (on the hour) from the hotel. A good choice for an overnight stay when you have an early flight next day.

Very limited room options. No elevators so if you have a bunch of luggage very difficult to get your luggage to your room (upstairs) and staff is not helpful with that. Not much to do close by either.

Free airport shuttle as well as Port of Miami for $12PP (by third party) No elevator on site and dated facility. On site restaurant has good selection and good prices. Not much in the area if you don't have a vehicle.

I liked saving money. I used to stay next door at a newer property but decided to try this hotel for a change and save money. I’m glad I did and I will return. I liked the fun restaurant too. Breakfast buffet was a good value.

Needs updating. Very small rooom. Even smaller bathroom. Hallways need new carpet. Back staircases so narrow, I'm surprised if they pass fire code.

The 24/7 airport shuttle was the selling point for me - getting to and from the airport on time was really easy. The room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport. The staff I connected with were all friendly and super helpful - I would stay here again.

No elevator! We had to haul our suitcases up steep and narrows stairs Front desk staff did their job but evidently didn't enjoy it It was clean. But the bathroom was very small and the furniture look old Very noisy, not only we could hear neighboring rooms, people in the halls, but the AC was too loud for such a small room and the noise from the street made me think the window was open If you need an hotel near the airport, better find another

Called for information about an earlier check in. Male receptionist was very rude and not helpful. Ended up staying at a completely different hotel and was unable to recieve a refund as cancellation fee was the same amount of the room.

It was perfect for what we needed. We just stayed on night before embarking on a cruise. There was reasonably priced transportation to the cruise port. There was transportation from the airport to the hotel. There wasn't too much within walking distance such as restaurants, but we had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
