Beds uncomfortably security didn’t speak any English which is fine but told me to park in garage then couldn’t even get in had to go back down with sleeping kid, bed was uncomfortable but whatever for a night then random charge.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was used. We waited for the shuttle for about an hour at the airport shuttle stop. The next day, we took a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port and it was arranged by the Fairfield staff.

The place was very clean, but gor the price point, I expected the condition of the facility to be better. It is obviously older and could do with some updating. I also could not stand the smell. It was sour., like a wet clothes smell. Maybe the products used or how they are used should be reviewed.

The staff are a cheerful bunch. The complimentary breakfast is well supplied. There's a free shuttle to the airport. What more can I say!!

It is close to little Havana & the airport. The shuttle to the airport is nice. The staff was very helpful on our arrival after our cruise.

The service was outstanding and my room was clean and comfortable. I love the location. Only one drawback and that is the free breakfast, too many prepackaged items when fresh is the best.

I would have given this 5 stars but the free breakfast was below what I was use to from less well known hotels. Also the ice machines were only on 3 of the 6 floors. Staff was great and my room was comfortable. I will stay again but eat breakfast elsewhere.

Staff was rude. Pool was being worked on and I had specifically asked when booking about a pool. Shuttle to the port cost $15 a person. Don’t know that until we got to the port. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have decided of it was worth the money.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the cruise ship terminal helps us to get everywhere safely as well as saves us money. It was very appreciated! The complimentary breakfast is always a great way to start the day.

The front desk staff are all amazing, very helpful and friendly!! The rooms and common spaces very clean. Comfortable beds. The shuttle from the airport was quick and the driver was awesome. The only downside was the pool was closed. Perfect place for a night before a cruise.

On the whole. acceptable but Hotel somewhat tired and beginning to show age. No in room safe. Staff 1st Class cannot do enough to ensure everything to your satisfaction.

Shuttle service was very poor. We called and waited 1 hour and when the shuttle ship up it’s was full and the driver didn’t care that we have waiting that long. We have to Uber to the hotel.

The whirlpool hottub has been out of service since 05/2023 majority of elevators were not functioning and there was a doorstop in the middle of the floor by the door (did not belong there) which I cut my foot open ok and the front desk had to bring me bandages. Breakfast was not good either
