I hated it! Noisy. (By the elevator, Soundproofing?) the back door didn’t close so the property was essentially open. A booking mistake (mine) resulted in my having to change rooms, I left some clothing in the first room, but a few hours later they vanished. The room was cleaned, but no sight of a bright blue dress and shoes. The lack of any concern is very concerning! Front desk staff was inconsistent. Very helpful manager to another’s laisez-faire “don’t give a darn.” I won’t ever recommend to anyone, and will never stay at another Sonesta property.

The swimming pool at this property has not been in use for quite some time because the management will not get the state or city certification to open the pool. I booked for a pool and did not get one. I also had to ask at the front desk every morning for coffee supplies in the room. The bed was lumpy and very old.

super recommended! the hotel was impecable, the staff extremely nice and helping! the room was very big, confortable and a nice bathtub for a bath after a long day! i even sent a lot of packages before my stay and they helped me keeping them without an extra fee, that was very helpful since i only went for a day and had many things bought and delivered. will definetely stay again!

Pay for a get away to miami with my daughters to enjoy the pool n relax in this property but when we ask to open the gate to the pool they said POOL IS NOT OPEN AT ALL! n it won’t be open for a while so i will gladly appreciate expedia to not suggest this place for pool

I like that place was modern, no clean towels though, the place looked dingy . I consistently had to change room acces card, no clean towels .

I just stayed one night, but the rom was nice, plenty of space, like a small living room and a bedroom, bigger than my house :-) All clean and neat. I will stay again.

Staff were helpful. Place is old. Old soap bar was in the showers. Closet door wasn't locking View of a parking lot was ugly Price is good. You get what you pay for

The place was nice, however we did not have hot water in the shower. And when I mentioned it to the front desk, they didn't even apologize. Just put a note in for maintenance for the next guests. I was a little disappointed with the experience

Our room had some film, which was probably condensation between two glasses in the sliding glass doors that went out to the balcony. Coffee was really good! Staff nice. Fitness room very nice. The pool was closed and that would’ve been good to know before we came. Probably would’ve chosen another place if we would’ve known the pool was closed.

I booked a room for my in-laws with this hotel and when they arrived, the hotel told my in-laws that they did not have the type of room that I had paid for. This was very inconvenient and I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very old stained floors and tub had stained foot prints. Very disappointed as i paid 687 for 3 nights, and it wasn’t close to anything popular.
