I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked a 2 double bed room a month in advance. The day I arrive there the person at check in told me that there was supposedly a leak in the wall (excuse??) and we need to be switched to a different room (a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed). Apparently they were sold out that night. We are a family of 4 (2 kids). This suite room is horribly inconvenient, extremely uncomfortable and also was right next to the elevator. The person at the front desk told me to come down in the morning and speak to the manager because they will take care of me because of the switch, he said it 3 times. So in the morning, I going down and speak to the manager and tell him that I was told that I would be taken care of because of the switch. He tells me that he would forward an email to the DM about the situation and they would be in contact with expedia. It has been almost 2 months and haven’t heard anything or received any compensation for the horrible experience even though they insisted that I would. Been to many hotels and this is by far the worst experience my family and I have had. Not sure why there are so many great reviews, it is deceiving to say the least.
