Everything was great. I was getting a lot of slack from my friends because I didn't stay downtown, but I was so happy I didn't. Everything was near by. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me with things to do. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. I will be going back to South Beach in about six months and I plan on staying at this hotel again.

“Great location for access to the beach”

The suite was spacous and the full kitchen a plus. The hall carpets really needed cleaning other thatn that I really enjoyed the privacy.

“Comfortable, easy access, beautiful view”

Our room was comfortable, there was street noise, but at this location it's to be expected. Everything was clean, working and lovely. Only valet parking, but worked out quite well. The staff is a little hard to communicate with sometimes because of their accents & some limited english. We will definately consider staying here again and have already recommended it to others.

“Apartment on the Beach”

We had a delightful 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen and a balcony with ocean views, a tremendous value for the price. It isn't really a hotel but an apartment building that rents out units that are waiting to be sold. As such, though there is maid service, there are no other hotel personnel on premises and you feel you are renting an apartment. We would definitely go back.

The room was great The service was wonderful. The people of south beach are some of the most beautiful people I have ever seen. I will definitely be back.

“Will definitely stay here again”

This is the best place we have ever stayed. Worth every penny. We were personally greated at the front desk with our key package, by an english speaking staff person. The room was a 1 room studio with a full living room, full kitchen and full bath. It was emaculate, the bed was comfy and the living room had a flat screen tv with dvd and cd player. Even though we were in a cheaper room that wasn't "beachfront" we still had a view of the ocean and a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Valet parking is free, you only have to tip them. Bath supplies & dishwashing detergents provided. Full size fridge with ice maker. Kitchen service for 8 people. Pool towels provided and they have an awesome workout room and cardio room with flat screen tvs. Beach area is beautiful & clean with lifegaurds on duty. Even though this is an older building, it has been well maintained and upgraded. All tile floors in kitchen & bath. Very safe and secure, no riff raff hanging around and all doors and gates require you key card.

“Quiet Vacation Retreat”

The beach was beautiful and right behind the condo building. This is a secure building for year round residents that includes a nice fitness building, outdoor pool and pool table. Many times we had the pool to ourselves. The water is clear and great for snorkeling. The condo was spacious with a beautiful kitchen. The bed was comfortable but the sofa pullout could have been a better quality. I would recommend this for anyone looking to spend time on the beach in a quiet setting. Not much nightlife on North Beach which was perfect for us.
