Overall, I had a great experience. The restaurant was awesome, the food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I also found the room to be very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. This place was perfect for our family of 5. With a greater selection of breaky options and softer beds it’d be a solid 5/5. I’d read reviews on the location but we felt perfectly safe the entire time. Yes there’s prostitutes in the surrounds and homeless people sadly living on the streets, but they’re perfectly harmless. We loved the area and how accessible it was to transport, historic centre, Polanco etc. We will definitely return.

Although the property is in a "questionable "area inside of it it was very clean, close to every attraction to Mexico city center, walking distance to alameda central (2 blocks) our room it was massively big only thing I missed it was a microwave🙄

Room was okay- one of our three beds the linens had stains and some hair , the staff was nice . One thing that was really bad was cell phone signal and the WiFi kept going in and out . On the pro side it’s close to historic center which was awesome for us .

Where can I start? This hotel is simply amazing. The breakfast was more than exceptional, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. I even had a stressful moment when I needed to get to the airport but most of the streets were closed due to a strike/protest and Uber kept canceling. A staff member, Mario, went above and beyond to help me secure a taxi and made sure I arrived on time for my flight. My entire experience at this hotel was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great night’s sleep in a hotel that’s close to everything, I highly recommend booking here. You won’t regret it!
