This was a great find, just 16 kilometres outside Metz. The air conditioning worked well, important as the temperature outside was 35C plus! Staff were very friendly & attentive. We were there on a Sunday & the restaurant was closed in the evening, but we planned to spend the afternoon & evening in Metz anyway.
Whilst I don't like paying extra for breakfast, the quality, quantity & surroundings fully justified the E12 cost. We did not eat anything until the following evening!
The grounds were very attractive & great for children.
We spent 2 weeks travelling through France, Germany & Spain. This was the best nights sleep we had, during our holiday!

Chose this hotel for a cheap stopover and it was okay but had better motel rooms on the same trip which were slightly cheaper. Location was difficult to find, even with a Sat Nav, lucky the friendly girl at a nearby hotel provided us with a map and clear directions when we got lost. The man at recption was incredibly surly, however his dog was very friendly and he did order us a taxi in the morning. The room was okay, reasonably clean but the shower overspills into the bathroom so anything in there gets very wet, particularly when the hook for attaching it to the wall fell off. Room also stunk of smoke which we could not get rid of for the two nights we were there, many people were hanging out of the windows smoking too. TV channels were plentiful including BBC World. Stairs to rooms are quite narrow so was difficult carrying bulky luggage, avoid this if you can. Machine downstairs provided hot and cold drinks as well as soup, however these were all undrinkable. The hotel is in an industrial estate and the nearby housing estates were deserted at night and seemed a bit dodgy. We found a kebab shop on the main road into Metz which was very good and then we noticed a small map in the hotal lobby pointing the way to the nearest McDonalds and a few other places to eat. All in all, not too bad as long as you don't mind the smell of smoke.

This was just a 1 night stay on the way to Switzerland. However, it was clean, everything was to hand, the staff were helpful and the room excellent for our needs. We would use this chain of hotels again and recommend to friends.

The hotel is on the edge of a shopping complex, opposite the kart track and very close to the motorway. But, it is brand new and rather whacky in design. The foyer features a Formula 1 racing car and staff wear Formula 1 uniforms. Our double room was spacious with an ensuite shower/bathroom. All modern design and functional. The racing theme continues in the decor with one curtain being red and one green. All very modern, but brilliantly put together. The motorway ran outside our window, but we heard no noise during the night. On the complex are McDonalds and other fast food outlets, but we went to Buffalo Grill using the 10% discount voucher from the hotel. The place was packed with people coming on to the shopping centre to eat. Breakfast was self service in the hotel foyer-just croissants, fruit and toast and coffee for an extra charge. We just stopped overnight to break our journey and this was very good value.

The staff at the desk were very helpful, actually made reservations at a restaurant for us, went the extra mile. We would highly recommend it, it was compact, had a small full kitchen so you could cook there which would be great if staying for a couple of days. Had good safe parking as well
