"Clean room. No smell. Hall ways were carpeted. Breakfast was a plus. Complete and filling. Staff was great and helpful. Only flaw was there was no ice machine on the first floor and only one available was way up on the 7th floor. Arizona is hot and we really need ice for our water containers."

"The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool after 8 pm. The pool itself was ok but the hand rail to enter the pool was very loose. This is a big problem when entering and exiting the pool. There were lights around the pool available but only one blue light in the pool was on. It was very dark. Would not ever want to stay there again. I do not know how it had an 8.2 rating."
"I was a little nervous at first because I wasn't sure where the office was. I found it and from there on was very impressed. It was easy to find my room. There was chairs and table to sit outside. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, kitchen was nice and they had real coffee cups! The bathroom had a long counter, loved the walk in shower."
