"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. They did bring one out on the 2nd day of my stay but could use another one. Also some basic amenities would be nice (salt, pepper, paper towels, wine opener, etc).
