"Staff was lovely. That being said, the bathroom smelled terrible upon entering. Paper cups in the room were useless. No ice available. Had to ask for extra pillows. Hotel had an elevator but you had to go up 4 steps to use it. Not sure if it is family friendly but I would not recommend."
