Unique Property but Pricey
The hotel itself is very interesting, great decor, rooms are comfortable. However, not sure its worth the high price compared to other options. Several restaurants in walking distance. Rooftop private club should be accessible for hotel guests. 45 minute wait list was really a 2 hour wait, not b/c it was full, but entry criteria is sus!

I was so happy to find out about this lovely, unique hotel in Memphis! Super comfortable with excellent service, without a bunch of people hovering over you expecting tips. They have a great, secured parking area and the bar on the top floor is awesome. I especially like the water and ice stations that they have in each hallway. Super user friendly all the way around!

Gorgeous hotel very clean. Our room was below the restaurant so the chairs moving across the floor above was very noisy. Lots of noise on the streets outside of property

Beautiful lobby, great breakfasts, and wonderful staff! The only reason it’s not perfect is the awkward bathroom layout (only a concern if you’re sharing a room) and the fact that there was nowhere to hang a hand towel near the sink. I’m a fan of hotels saving water and resources by keeping laundry to a minimum…but then they really should provide plenty of towel hooks and hangers!

The bed was a little stiff. Other than that. It was fine. A little on the pricey side for Memphis. But, overall a nice place.

Beautiful hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, not in a nice area and can’t really walk around in the evening, and I didn’t during the day, even when with someone. Despite the area, I did feel safe, staying at the hotel. They had great security with the doors, locking at a certain time, and security stuff walking around the property to assure safety. I would recommend staying there, especially if you do have to travel alone.

Hotel in Memphis
The Hotel is in an excellent location and it’s a beautiful hotel. How ever I’ve never in my life slept in a bed that hard. The mattress was horrible!

It was very clean and spacious. I loved the expresso maker . My only complaint which was a negative , was the noise volume from the in -house bar and the one across the street. The volume from these was very disturbing throughout the night .

Beautiful hotel! Not a lot of interaction with staff but they seemed sufficiently helpful. The parking was a problem however. Although signs say that parking is only for overnight guests that's clearly not enforced. We could not find parking Saturday night bc of all the club/restaurant goers, and the public lot behind the hotel lot was full and did not feel safe. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

We loved our stay at the Memphian ! it's such a trendy and hospitable place. They thought of every detail and I especially loved the reusable water bottles and refill stations in the hallway. The restaurant was delicious especially their brunch. I highly recommend anyone stay here while visiting Memphis especially if you're visiting for the first time. Safe parking was a big priority and it was perfect. Thank you :)

I was supposed to stay here for an event nearby. They emailed me and said that they were overbooked the night of and were gonna relocate me to another property. I asked them for a refund and still haven’t received anything.

Would never stay here again.
We were put on the 5 th floor and could hear noise from the bar on the 7th floor for hours. We finally left at 10:30pm ish and went home. There were cleaning details in the room that had been left undone. Was not happy over all with this hotel.
