It wasnt the cleanest the tub and toilet needed attention the water pressure was seriously lacking the towels were dirty and some were missing. The door had a unintentional locking mechanism that locked me out with my key card twice. It was very subpar but the staff was helpful for a short stay it was ok I guess the tv worked and the bed was breaking down but I slept couldve been better tho. For the staff Id give em a 3/5

Down hill..
I used to love this hotel, but it seems to be steadily going down hill on my last few stays. Each stay something hasn't worked and it wasn't fixed during my stay. First time it was the A/C, next time it was the refrigerator, this time the TV remote. I wish you all would take the time to make sure everything in the room is in working order before renting it out. I understand that this is a Motel 6 but that doesn't mean that it has to be cheap or poorly kept up. You guys are going to loose good customers, like myself, because of the cutting corners to make money.

Overall better than expected based on other reviews. The room looked updated recently except for the bathroom which looked outdated and somewhat dirty. Didn't bother using the shower. Towels and sheets seemed clean. Sheets were stained in some places and the bed cover was ripped. Room was mostly clean with dirt and crumbs behind furniture. Someone was pushing a grocery cart around at around 2am and woke us up. Felt unsafe but we didn't actually have anything bad happen. Was really our only option for under 21 check-in so it did the job.

Stains on bed. Dirty floors and cabinets and sink. Curtains were broke so it hung down and people could see in. Smelled so bad too. Staff was friendly though.

Room nice but TV not working
The room was clean and comfortable however the television did not work. Since I got in late, there was no reason to watch TV but this would have been an issue for a longer stay.

The room was nice but the hot water didn't work in the shower all night and had to let it run for almost 15 minutes the next morning to even have it remotely tolerable. It was a horrible experience considering all we wanted to do was take showers that night and couldn't even do that

Horrible and abandoned place, very very dirty rooms with no hot water and blankets, cheapest mattress of the market and probably 10 or 15 years old, dirty sheets and pillows. TV not working properly. Terrible and disgusting.

Profoundly disappointing experience.
I did not sleep at all last night, due to 2 reasons: 1: What I assumed to be a pimp and his hooker spent most of the night arguing about her "services" and the appropriate "fees". The on-going argument was loud, obnoxious, and riddled with filthy language, and was accompanied by the occasional loud "boom" of metal striking metal. I was afraid to leave the room in case a gun was used. This was outside my room. 2: Loud traffic noises. The big rigs and construction equipment traveling back and forth on the highway just outside the property never let up, and it was obvious the room I was in (139) was not soundproofed. Also, many of these vehicles, including motorcycles, actually "cut through" the parking lot frequently. Again, did I mention the room was not sound proofed? Inside the room it was filthy, there were no clothes hangers, and I found a small hole in the bathroom wall from the door handle. The bed linens were badly stained and had the occasional cigarette burn mark. To their credit, I found no evidence of bed bugs. I sent an email to you folks at Hotels.com, and was connected to a customer service agent named Darren, who asked me for the booking number. I told him it was part of my printed confirmation, and I would have to go out to my car to retrieve it. When I returned I discovered Darren discontinued our email conversation, stating he could wait only 2 minutes before disconnecting. I shall never use Motel 6 again, and the same for Hotels.com.

It was a nice hotel room. The room was swarming with flies. The shower was cleaned up to neck level. They refused to clean the room. The freezer needed defrosting and i found clothing from previous guest up high.

I did not stay. The first room 228 had roaches. The customer representative gave me another room 203 and that had roaches also. I checked out 12 midnight. I am waiting on my full refund.
