No nos quedamos. Inseguro la puerta que conectaba con el cuarto del lado no cerraba y la cerradura no funcionaba; sucio, roto, parecía un edificio de fantasmas. Fue una pesadilla.

When i arrived, my reservation was there, but my room had been rented to another. There wasn't a room available at all. I had reserved my room through expedia. It took me hours and some further travel to find a place to stay. It was a nightmare after traveling for hours and being fatigued to find i couldn't rest yet when i tracked oyo.

After we checked in and stuff we went to go look at the room the hallways felt like an old abandoned hospital and the elevator isn’t safe so we are taking the kids up and down the stairs but they had to change our room three times because they had ppl staying in the rooms before they gave us the correct room

I've been staying here since last year when ever I have work done to my home, and this will be our go to go stay. Rooms were cleaned property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Close to walking distance restaurant. ✔️ This past weekend stay was Awesome. Thanks OYO staff

Save yourself don't stay
Terrible service.. employees rude.. filthy, no refrigerator or microwave. Maid snooped through our stuff . Got kicked out for having a visitor on Christmas.. then got told we could stay.. and paid for the room again and they told us we had to leave and took our money.

Stay at your own risk! Lol.
The heat did not work in the room. It was freezing in the room all night, like 51° temp in room. We had a free guest in the room AKA Roaches. Parking lot had broken glass all in the parking lot. Towel rack was broken off the wall & under the sink. There was non smoking posted everywhere but cigarette burns all in sheets & comforter. Elevator was out of order. Needs some major renovations.

The rooms don’t have anywhere to hang your clothes up. Last night my driver’s side window and ransacked my but didn’t steal anything. 7 other cars were broken into. My car was parked right in front of my hotel room’s window. I am waiting for a glass repair place to come & replace my car window as I have a 7 hour drive home.
