Pretty nice place. Close to hospital which is what we needed. We thought breakfast was included but found out it was not. They have buffet for $13.00.

Breakfast was terrible and it cost 12.99 per person beds are small to be queen size, the young lady at the front desk with red hair I don't remember her name was the most professional person we met and of course the security was also housekeepers were nice just wasn't an bags in the trash can . Oh yeah I forgot some one had checked us out and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude with no explanation to who checked us out will not coming back there.

Staff were extremely friendly, rooms felt clean and well maintained. Only thing that “bothered” us - the room didn’t have good lighting. The placement and size of room lights, made it hard to see. Not something that would stop us from staying again or declining to recommend to another person. Very nice hotel!

Very convenient to have a restaurant next door. The location of the hotel was very awkward with access to the parking off a one way busy street.

Nice hotel, BUT…
Car theives hitting this place hard. Multiple vehicles windows smashed out every night. Specifically pick up trucks. Both our vehicles were windows busted and ransacked

Good staygood day stay
The hotel is fine. I thought the rooms were small but they were comfortable. There was no microwave in the room. I would rather had a microwave but I didn’t have a refrigerator so I was good. I like the security around the hotel that was most important, good place to stay.

Difficult to get to. Not very clean and housekeeping started running guests out at 8:30. Was charged extra 50.00 above what was already paid through hotels.com Breakfast was not included.

The front desk was always helpful! Nereka and Mario in the buffet were so very helpful and accommodating!!! Pool wasn’t real clear but it had been raining recently. We still enjoyed it. The ONLY thing that was not enjoyable is the people smoking weed near the pool and it was 10:30 am. There were several kids in the pool and it was blowing that direction and it stunk. Bad. Maybe have people go to the other side of the parking lot?!

Pros: Nice and updated hotel in a nice part of Memphis. Staff were nice. Cons: no microwave. no free breakfast. hotel is challenging to get in and out of parking lot because of its weird location in the median of a busy major avenue. curtains didn't adequately cover window, allowing in light. Tv channels very limited and no channel guide or program info. public areas in hallways needed vacuuming.

Nice Pit Stop
This was a quick stop in a long road trip to Alabama. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The area was quiet and peaceful. The night staff was friendly. Definitely would stay again.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair all in the shower and wrapped around the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Whenever I asked for something I was told it would be brought up to my room but it never came.

Two night stay
Most of the staff (minus the staff overseeing breakfast) were very kind and professional. Check-in and out was painless and exactly what you would expect. I mostly struggle with the price you are paying for a hotel that has very clearly seen better days. The carpets were scary and needed a deep clean or replacement, the AC out in the hallways and main areas of the building seemed to not be working (thankfully worked inside the room) and the musty smell was not my favorite. Overall it was a fine experience, just overpriced for the slightly lacking quality.

Our impromptu stay was nothing short of amazing from front desk to outdoor to housekeeping everyone was awesome! It was HOT outside however we were very comfortable and plan to stay here again!!

Janice is Fabulous!
I was greeted by Janice who was very friendly and accommodating. The initial room wasn’t ready and she made sure to provide a room of equal value. She advised of holding fees with explanation and gave us the utmost in exceptional customer service!
