Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"Overall it was a fine place to stay. Definitely an older home. It was fairly clean. The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable."

"We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc."

"Had an amazing stay and it couldn’t be a more beautiful home. Bunnies, hawks, owls, squirrels, turtles, and fish everywhere. The beautiful Cypress and lapping waves of Lake Sante Fe, I felt like Marjorie Kinan Rawlings watching a deer and dreaming of being on the water as I rocked on the swinging bed on the most beautiful porch watching candy colored sunsets or even enjoying a run in the rain, washed anew in fresh dreams enjoying the area. Refreshing to say the least."
