Pros: Location, staff and facilities.
Cons: Maybe room size could be bigger !
Location: Fantastic location, nearby dining and shopping.
Great hotel & very helpful staff. Fantastic central location for dining , shopping and transport. Would recommend the Mercure Welcome Melbourne to anyone . Will certainly consider for next visit.

Location: Easy walk to most tourist attractions
Centrally located to many tourist attraction in the CBD of Melbourne.

Hotel is in a very central spot

Pros: Location.
Cons: Carpet and decor in room needs updating.
Location: Shopping and restaurants were all near by.
Good location. Friendly staff. Room was a little small, but adequate for a short stay.

Cons: just about everything in respect of the room
Location: food venues and theatres
disappointing ,tiny room dirty carpets like a broom cupboard

Central CBD location

Pros: Central location.
Cons: Update the decor
Location: Central location so can hop on the tram or just walk
Average hotel room facilities but comfortable enough if you're out most of the day. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great location and clean

Pros: Location
Cons: Being informed of breakfast options would of been great
Location: Strolling through China town after dinner was fun and the Emporium shopping centre was across from us which was fabulous
The staff were pleasant and happy . Location was easy for our short work trip and great we could have a quick shop . Getting a cab wash't an issue either , which can be hard in some cities .

Great location in the centre of the city.

Pros: All fine. Used the restaurant twice and found the meals excellent.
Location: We were able to easily walk to the National Gallery Victoria and Her Majesty's Theatre for the two events we were in Melbourne for.
All fine, except found getting our car into Louden Place for valet parking was somewhat difficult with the amount of traffic around.

Great location

Pros: The rooms are small, ( but everything you need has been included.) The 1/2 bath was perfect, plenty of towels, modern styled room, very clean.
Cons: For the price, I couldn't expect anything more.
Location: Being right in the heart of the city, the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants.
Very warm welcome by staff. Everything was explained about the hotel, and any queries I had were answered before I asked them.

Pros: central to everything
Cons: room needed updating bathroom looked tired and needed revamping plus only one chair in room
was not told that you had to use different lifts to get to room
