"it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience"

Furnished Villa to Rent - 1500 m² with Swimming Pool - Ideal for Families

"Jolie villa (beaux volumes , magnifiques salon salle à manger avec 2 beaux salons marocains , belle suite parentale et belles chambres à l'étage ) avec de superbes extérieurs ( piscine , espaces verts fleuris avec des arbres fruitiers , avec d'agréables petits compagnons : chats tortues ). Cependant quelques petits points restent à améliorer pour une villa de cette prestation :- les 2 chambres "invités" en bas auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation( déco vétuste par rapport au reste)- Certains petits endroits qui ne sont pas complètement achevés : miroir, manquant dans une des salles de bains , ou lumière manquante dans une niche ... - Manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner et d'un peu plus de vaisselle (pour 12 personnes )- Problèmes de sanitaires : obliger d'ouvrir l'eau froide des salles de bains pour réguler l'eau chaude des douches , mais de couper celle-ci après la douche sinon la chasse d'eau des WC se remplie en continue ( d'où fuite au sol d'un des toilettes à l'étage)Yassine l' hôte de la villa est très accueillant , disponible , et réactif à nos messages .Nous y avons cependant passé un séjour agréable en famille (13 personnes)"

"Great hotel, great location, secure parking and friendly staff, too bad they advertise a pool but the pool was closed. We booked this hotel to relax around the pool so it was disappointing. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars."

"Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests. Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in. My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep. After 20 minutes the odor became stronger. I requested room change before gas poisoning. First run there gave me was small, damp, and moldy. I refused to take it. They finally offered an adequate yet still fussy room. I wish I could give them zero star. "

"It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad. Breakfast was good and useful. I would say if visiting in winter months that this Riad was very cold. The air con didn’t seem to work in heating up the room. This was the one place where I could see my breath so that was a bit of a drawback. I’m sure in the warmer months it’s very comfortable. "
