We stay here when we travel between Seattle, where we live, and the bay area, where some of our relatives live. It's a good stopover distance. We've stayed in other hotels before in both Medford and the Eugene/Cottage Grove area, but this one (both when it was a Red Lion and even more since the change in ownership) has become our favorite.
Very comfortable room. We were surprised at a $25 pet charge on our arrival. We have an 18 lb non shedding dog.
Overheard employees talking about a government charge of $83 for a room we just paid $126 for.

I was very happy with our stay here. The staff that checked us into the hotel as well as the staff that supplied the full breakfast were very friendly and nice. The front desk staff made sure to ask if we were happy with our room when we were passing by after checking in. The room was very clean and was a nice size. We were very impressed by the full breakfast in the AM.

The bed was firm but very comfortable. The pillows were a little too large for me because I like very slim ones but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was with waffle and cereal and egg, juice and toast. Will stay there the next time I am up that way.
