Glamping in the rain
We arrived just as it was about to start raining. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lunch in the River Cafe was quick and delicious and then we went for our Spa treatment. The heavens opened just as our treatment began, and it was so relaxing hearing the rain drop down on the canvas while we were having one of our best treatments ever. Our room was just as per the fotos, beautiful, with exceptional quality linen. We also spent some quality time in the bath overlooking the forest. This was glamping at its best. We will definately be back again.

This property is beautiful... like no other! It's a lovely setting on the Sabie River, with an amazing staff and wonderful chef! And the massages are pure bliss! :) We will be back!!

Amazing place, inconsiderate management
The place is amazing ... However I had a emergency & asked to postpone they said no... & arrived on Friday late night & had to leave on Sunday morning although we were booked till Monday & they charged us for an extra person & was not willing to postpone or refund for extra person ... I think that was very inconsiderate of them considering it was genuine emergency.... my best friend passed away... & Managment was so inconsiderate & only concerned about business & the loss they were going to make 😧😏

Your booking was for a long weekend and therefore we were unfortunately unable to postpone. We were fully booked and had turned away other bookings. Your reservation was made for two people. We therefore only charged 50% of the rate for the third guest to join for the three nights. We were not advised on arrival that you would only be staying for two nights. Regards, Danielle

It’s really the most beautiful farm in a very special setting by the river ,amongst the plants and undergrowth is almost like being in a wonderland setting ,sunlight and peacefulness with only the sounds of running waters and the birds ,so relaxing and far away from city life ,truly a very special place .

A good location next to the river and some of the staff were excellent, especially the security guys who made us feel very welcome. The tents are relatively close, as a base, to the Kruger National Park.

French country in South Africa
Beautiful estate with macadamia and lychee trees. Staff is very attentive walking you to and from your tents. Richard the manager is passionate and very involved with the estate. The tents are right on the water and the sounds of the stream soothe you to sleep. You can watch a family of hippos right at the pool area. The food at the cafe and restaurant are amazing, the restaurant feels like your in southern France, it deserves a Michelin star. Roses are everywhere, and the scents are incorporated interesting the bath salts, shampoos and soaps, spas oils, and food. The spa is incredible, we did a coffee exfoliation and aromatherapy massage. You can do a 5k walk around the estate to see the farm and Rose garden, we saw a small croc too. The resort is 5 minute drive to hazyview stores and 15 min to phabeni gate in kruger. Overall amazing resort, can’t wait to be back!

A slice of heaven
Beautiful, restful, quiet and restorative. A place to unwind and reconnect with yourself. A small piece of heaven. The deep silence can actually be felt. At night it is utterly dark and quiet, except for the sounds of nature, enabling deep sleep. One wakes to the sound of birds and the river. Day trips into Kruger Park are easily arranged. Spa treatments abound. The food is glorious. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to restore the soul.

Incredible luxury tents on river outdoor baths tub
beautiful property incredible luxury tents located on a working farm with fruit trees everywhere. amazing property nice breakfast but service a little cold compared to the other similar properties we stayed at in south africa! perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway - outdoor showers and baths spectacular - unique like nothing we've ever seen!

A wonderful gataway
My friend and I stayed in one of the rooms for one night only as a treat, and it was definitely worth the splurge. The estate is beautiful and people are friendly. The quality of the food at both restaurant is impeccable. My favorite part of the stay was the outdoor bathroom and the patio, truly spectacular. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely stay
This is a beautiful place to stay. The spa treatments were excellent, staff friendly and attentive and the food great. The surroundings are stunning & attention to detail in the rooms great. The only downside was that you have to drive to the restaurant every night. There was a great wine list that we therefore couldn't really sample. There are so many staff it would be easy to provide a golf buggy to drive guests to and from dinner. No one told us we had to drive to the restaurant and on the first day we'd already shared a bottle of champagne & 2 glasses of wine and then had no choice but to drive! Apart from this we would return.

Best Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In!
I was traveling alone in Africa, and needed a relaxing, safe, luxurious ending to my trip. This place was everything I could want and more. I have rarely felt so pampered or taken care of. I'd return in a flash.

All the dishes were salty
For going to Elephant Sanctuary in Hazyview, we stayed at this hotel nearby. We spend a night at sweet villa, it was nice. However, insects such as mosquitoes came in the room as it is in nature. Even though we had already paid to Hotel.com at checkout, the hotel staff was saying that we had paid only a deposit and we should pay rest of the amount. So we try to show a confirmation number from Hotel.com and to call Hotel.com to make sure. Shortly thereafter, the staff said that without calling, that is no problem. ??? I wondered what exactly this checkout interaction was. We thought the hotel has to have a solid management of payment. All the dishes were salty in the hotel restaurant

MARAVILHOSO PARA QUEM QUER UM LUGAR TRANQUILO
Apesar de não ter muito o que fazer no resort, o quarto é lindíssimo, confortável e luxuoso. Ideal para casais que queiram descansar da correria do dia a dia. A piscina é bem pequena e eatava meio suja no dia que fui,mas a Infraestrutura é excelente, a comida impecável além de um atendimento personalizado. Pedi para fazer massagem depois do horário disponível e o gerente (que tb era massoterapeuta) rapidamente se prontificou em fazê-la. O único problema é o sinal de internet que só pega na recepção.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Luxus-Zelte!
Tolles Hotel an super schöner Lokation. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder gehen! Das Abendessen war gut, auf hohem Niveau, wir denken aber, dass es noch etwas besser sein dürfte, es wurde uns aber mitgeteilt, dass der Chefkoch gerade gegangen ist und sie auf der Suche nach einem neuen Chef sind. Das Hotel hat einen super Manager, der einem wirklich jeden Wunsch erfüllt und scheinbar 24h für seine Gäste da ist - sein name ist Shawn - wirklich bemerkenswerte Person!

Un merveilleux endroit avec tout le luxe et le charme dans une tente ultra confortable. Le service est irréprochable et le restaurant "Kitchen" excellent. Nous avions des inquiétudes concernant les hippos mais pas un seul en vue. Je recommande vivement. Séjour idyllique, seul bémol: réservez le spa avant votre arrivée car c'est complet sinon.
