"El Servicio del la alberca deficiente, los meseros que trabajan ahi tenia uno que ir a llamarlos y buscarlos, además de solo tener un elevador trabajando comentaron los mismos trabajadores que desde septiembre del 2025 esta descompuesto, el carrito que les ayuda a los botones a llevar las maletas tiene las llantas ponchadas, y la limpieza super deficiente. Asi que piénsala antes de viajar a este hotel."

Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive

"First night we were there we found a worm on the bed the food it self is not good at all I mean that is the reason people get the all inclusive to save on food but we ended up almost every day getting outside food the pools where always super hot and there wasn’t much to do overall. The rooms we had were about 10 min walk from everything. Also the hotel itself is very far from the malecon so you have to take like a 25 min car ride to explore everywhere else. Overall I think you should save your money and get something better for an more affordable price."
